Character Development Rating

So, for most of my character sheets some people have rated my character 'character development' rating.


What does this mean? I might have missed something since I just joined a few days ago.

As explained here, character development ratings are given when an In Character post displays what another users believes to be a great moment of personal development for your character as evidenced by their interactions or behaviour in the post.
