[*]Characters can at any time be put under reconsideration
This means if one mod or GM accepted it another can deny it. if this happens the Mods/GMs will discuss whether or not your character maintains approval or is denied.
[*]The restrictions may be lax on creation, but if you are a hero or villain, you must be beatable somehow. (You must have a weakness of some sort This even applies to the head of the A.S. and the head of the G.S.U.N.
[*]Powers and abilities must have a common theme. If you are going for a "Superman" character, then strength and flying can go together. Otherwise, powers should relate.
example: Magnet based powers can provide levitation around metal structures. However, the hero/villain cannot fly on their own
[*] Neutral characters CAN be heroes/villains who have yet to discover their powers. If so, please, along with the normal things you need to fill out, say future weaknesses and powers. And what you want the hero's name to be at the time. Also if you actually read the rules, post a comment saying you did, then hide it. Alignment is NOT required by neutral characters as they can be swayed toward one side or another. However, if you're certain of which alignment your character will take, feel free to post it but be aware it's unlikely to be changed.
[*]Villains or Heroes can at any time request a "fodder enemy" from a GM. A random villain/hero to fight for fun. It will be a general power (speedster/super strength) and have a name but no CS. Fodder enemies will generally be controlled by GMs. Depending on the request, they can or cannot know about their enemy. (The fodder enemy will not know who you are unless you specify that they do.)
Fodder Enemies are not absolute fodder. If you screw up enough, a fodder enemy CAN kill your character. (So villains, watch how much you monologue)
[*]The topic should be your hero's name. If you don't include Alias there, include it as a tag to make your character more easy to find.
