Please note, NPC's with the [FURTHER RESEARCH REQUIRED] tag are the main characters of this RP. To achieve the best outcome for this RP, it is highly recommended you speak to these NPCs in particular, uncover their backstories and use them to solve the mission.
VOLKEN SQUAD
Organization Agents from the Russian chapter of the Organization. While the Organization is technically above the petty politics of the world, the Cold War made it difficult for the Russian and American chapters to work together seamlessly. Unlike Black Squad, Volken are a dedicated military unit, dispatched due to their proximity. Also low on resources.

36. Commander of Volken. Cold and calculating, but seems to care about those under his command. Getting too old for this nonsense. Has been to Khariton before.

Professor Kazmir Iranov
65, Head of Projects at Khariton Research facility. Used to be chief scientist before the military base was shut down. Has the best interests of the village at heart, but rather stubborn.

KHARITON VILLAGE
Once the home of hundreds of military staff who worked in the nearby Soviet base and dock, Khariton was effectively abandoned in 1984. Those who had no worth to the Russian government were effectively left behind to fend for themselves.
