Does anyone else have cartoons that they just don't like? I don't like Uncle Grandpa or Clarence, honestly.

Everything except for Teen Titans Go. While it may not be like the original, I find it humorous and enjoyable. Especially with my little sister. It has a nice reality tv show feel to it, and it even has some BBRAE haha.

Honestly though, everything on Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon, and Disney
xD are all garbage. They don't even make sense any more, and they're all the same looking artwork practically.

To each their own, but honestly the lack of plot and complete 180 from the original isn't their biggest problem for me. It's their complete butchering of their personality just so they could pander to the 7 year olds. The only character who remained the same was Beast Boy, and that's because he was already an idiot.

Every character basically became Beast Boy. Even Raven, the one character who was a polar opposite of him, became the same. Idiotic drones with no uniqueness other than their abilities, which they don't even put to good use (except Raven)

Between the 4 main shows (CN, Nick, Disney xD and Disney Channel) Cartoon Network is doing the best to me. We Bare Bears, Adventure Time, Regular Show and Gumball are all beasts of shows and alone fucks up Nick's whole lineup. Steven Universe is an absolute powerhouse with a massive following, and Wabbit brings back Looney Tunes, who have consistently had a great history with their shows. I absolutely loved Looney Tunes Show

Its crap shows (Uncle Grandpa, Clarence, and TTG,) doesn't pull it into the red zone like it does with Nick and Disney Channel. It's still worth watching for new shows

Nick is hopeless. Spongebob is the only thing keeping it afloat, and with Squidward's voice actor getting arrested for DUI, it's about to solidify likin re-run land, because we can all agree that, in terms of who makes the show, it's either Squidward or Patrick. With constant shit show after shit show, no one goes to Nick anymore. The last great show was Icarly. Dan Schneider outdid himself with it after Drake and Josh (THE most popular Nick show of all time). He messed up big time with Sam and Cat, but got worse with Game Shakers and Henry Danger. Pig Goat Banana Cricket is a shit-fest of over-used unfunny jokes, and it's just sad. The ONLY good shows playing is Spongebob and Fairly Odd Parents. Nick is really falling into the same trap as Disney

Speaking of Disney Channel, every show is a Live-Action Sitcom with crappy child actors. The last good show was Phineas and Ferb. Nick is making that same mistake: making every show Live-Action Sitcoms. That forced laughter is extremely over-used.

As for Disney xD , it had some pretty great shows for some time. Most of the Marvel Animated shows got great audience reviews. I've seen grown-ass men sucked into the stories. And I'm not talking the Brony and Anime Nerd (Like myself) types either. I'm talking guys who otherwise have 0 interest in Saturday Morning cartoons. I personally haven't watched Disney xD since I stopped watching Naruto, but they got great reviews

Naruto Shippuden

Marvel shows

Both Starwars series (Clone Wars and Rebels)

Suite Life, which doesn't air anymore

Gravity Falls is the Steven Universe of Disney xD , gaining amazing critic and audience reviews with a massive following. Not SU big, but very noticeable.

Disney xD pretty much follows this rule of thumb: If it isn't mainstream (Naruto, Marvel, and Starwars is incredibly mainstream) or Zack and Cody, then it sucks (except Gravity Falls)

CN>DXD>Nick>DC

I use my computer much more often than I do the TV. On the rare occurences I stick around the den long enough to see what's on TV while my siblings watch, I find myself unable to stand a lot of kids' new shows.

I like Gravity Falls and Steven Universe, but those are about the only children-oriented shows I enjoy enough to seek out on my own. My thoughts on Uncle Grandpa, Clarence, and pretty much every other show echos yours. Even Spongebob is a lot worse than it used to be. Additionally, I don't like Family Guy either, even though I like other mature cartoons I don't find it funny and I can't stand the vocal fans- which there have been too many of in school.

Teen Titans Go...

I used to like the Teen Titans too. Now I'll definitely just stick to the previous iteration...at least THAT one delivered with Slade, Raven's Demonic Side and other such awesome things.

I cannot stand or better fitting, do not find myself interested in watching more of the majority of modern day cartoons. I miss my era of cartoons before everything looked the same just different networks and show names and stories. The artwork I mean and graphics just have little to separate it.

Some of the mid 2000's remaining shows and cartoons/anime that remain I like. But the really modern era post the mid 2000's cartoons (make sense?) just I don't seem to like or can allow for much of a chance. They lack so much compared to the old days.

I barely recognize Star Wars from that xD series they have, about the kid and his discovered force sensitive abilities. Perhaps I just haven't seen enough it, but the parts I have seen really seem different from what i grew up with and watched. Clone wars I hear was good on Cartoon Network my nephews watched that one and sometimes the other. But thats my opinion.

ugh uncle grandpa is like my most hated one. Like, kill it with fire! when i watch atleast one second of it, i feel my brain cells dying....Poor kids tbh. No wonder we are how we are.

As an Australian who does not have access to what you American, capitalist dogs would call "Cable" my list is pretty short, but nonetheless filled.

Anything the Total Drama guys made after the third season. It's unfunny, and anything else made is butchering the formula and characters which made the original seasons as funny as they were.

French television. We Aussies get a surprisingly large amount of poorly dubbed French tv. The reason that I dislike it, is that it's cancerous to the ears. They use the same voice actors who have to speak incredibly fast to keep up with the show, and their voices are grating. It appears they have the same four guys dubbing all French shows.

I have an axe to grind with Adventure Time to boot, I don't understand it. How does this show, a show with nonsensical plots and humor become such a cult hit. Maybe this is me being such an OG Mofo and being unable to understand stuff.

This shit speaks for itself. It's LSD the TV show:

I am self aware enough to realize this is marketed towards kids, but as someone who sat through this tripe through my younger sisters childhood, fuck that.

Also the Simpsons is on this list, and should have been allowed to die a long time ago. The show is long passed its used by date and truly needs to be put down. I find it rather, I don't know, annoying that Futurama was killed off before the Simpsons, even though it has far more relevant humor than the Simpsons.

Dan Schneider
Apparently the guys a rumored pedophile, according to halfchan of course, but nonetheless something to investigate. The guy certainly does look the part.

Although those rumors may be wrong, it's all but confirmed he tickled some guys feet for $100.

TIL that Dan Schneider, the weird manager in Nickelodeon's Good Burger, created and wrote Victorious, iCarly, The Amanda Show, Drake & Josh, and What I Like About You, making him the most successful writer/tv executive in Children's Entertainment Television for the last thirty years. • /r/todayilearned

Also should be noted that because of Dora the Explorer, I now support Donald Trump. I was surprised when I watched it and Dora had boobs. My reaction was that of cringing, before laughing like a mad man.

I don't really spend time with kids and my TV's rarely on unless I'm specifically watching something so I don't know too much about what's on nowadays. If adult-aimed cartoons count though I loathe South Park, Family Guy, and all of the spinoffs.

Teen Titans GO on CN for sure. It's a blasphemy to the original show and should be burned, or at least deprived of delicious things like cookies.

I really dislike King Star King on Adult Swim. There's lame. There's horrible. There's offensive. Then there's King Star King at the bottom. You know how sad animation is when the creator is so desperate to be vulgar and annoying. Seriously, it tries way too hard to be offensive and obtrusive to the viewer, and accomplishes nothing aside from possibly decent animation. There's now way to appreciate that animation though.

Aqua Teen Hunger Force. Seriously guys! There's stoner cartoons, then there is literally randomness.

Spongebob sucks.

I don't much like Nick or Cartoon Network anymore so I go on Netflix and try and order old cartoons from when I was a kid. At the moment I got The Jetsons Vol. 1 and Johnny Quest Vol. 1 at home to watch on DVD.

I hate how Cartoon Network went to real life movies and real shows on there when prior to the...I'd say mid to late 2000's...it was all cartoons. But I don't watch much television anymore anyway.

Actually, some cartoon network shows are pretty good. Currently, shows like Gumball are rather interesting, with a unique style of animation and good humor, plus some great stories. Adventure Time is weird, but it also is fun to watch. I could go on about some great cartoons.

However, some bad ones would be as follows:

Uncle Grandpa (crude and weird, yet strangely enjoyable sometimes. sometimes.)

Teen Titans GO! (Stupid and pointless)

Sanjay and Criag (really annoying)

Grojband (the disgust of this show)

Almost Naked Animals (damn you Canada)

Horrid Henry (you two Britain)

The anime Stitch (never again Japan)

Avengers Assemble (Childish. So childish)
