Can't respond using the Mobile Version of the Site

Alright, so I've encountered a bug or something where I simply cannot respond using the mobile version of the site. I have encountered this problem multiple times, but this is the first time I've reported it. Instead of showing the text box that let's me respond, it is simply blank(as shown in the picture below)

I do not understand why this happens, but this has been going on all week and I'm starting to get rather annoyed. Only reason I'm able to respond right now is because of the app, which is personally not enjoyable to use.

Thank you, that worked. Or I could be falsely attributing the cause to that. Either or.

It's the first thing we usually suggest when things get wonky. Works a good bit of the time, for desktop or mobile both
