Can't find the shoutbox

Well, I'm a wonderful noob to shoutboxing and that little bar that should be at the bottom of my page (I presume) isn't there. Help!

They've removed the chatbar as it seemed to have been causing the site to lag. Sometime today they will be putting the old chatbox in. You can read about it here.

Apparently, the Chat Box has been causing issues and has been removed. The Shoutbox will be reinstated, as the admins have specified, tomorrow.
