History:
Cassie Westwood was born and raised in the small town of Ivywood. Her mother is a journalist for the town newspaper while her father is the owner of a therapeutic horse stable further into Ivywood. They have a nice ranch right near the stables and are pretty well off.

Cassie has been an only child her own life, making her a bit spoiled due to her parents giving her everything she wished, but that didn't change Cassie's attitude. She's a sweet girl with a heart of gold and would never hurt anything, even a fly.

This blondie used to always be an outgoing kid, making friends everywhere you'd go and just loving life. Cassie was the odd girl out of the town. Cassie's parent's kept her home schooled for most years of her life, having her only friends were the horses at the stables or random play mates she'd meet at the playground. No one outside of her family was ever very close to her. So, when going to a public high school you can imagine it was pretty hard. Especially being the only daughter of a southern family in a northern town. Cassie also has a small southern accent from being around her southern parents most of her life.

During Cassie's high school years, freshman and sophomore year to be exact, Cassie definitely didn't fit in at all, causing her to be the loner kid. At least she got perfect grades and was the teacher's pet, still didn't help with the teens of Ivywood high.

In the winter of sophomore year, Cassie's mother got into a terrible riding accident on a new horse and passed away. Cassie, being lost with what to do with herself after that, went back to home schooling for the rest of the year to cope and help her father with things.

Now, Cassie is going back to school after the death of her mother. She has no want of being the loner kid and after the death of her mother, her best friend, Cassie really doesn't care anymore. She's ready to get out there, lose her southern accent and rebel, she wants to fit in with these teens and that's what she has planned to do, to lose her reputation of the "good girl" from the south and discover a whole new world.

History:
P.J.'s birth is the result of a biracial relationship between a forty something year old black man and nineteen year old white woman in the suburbs of L.A. This sparked outraged and various people calling it rape in spite of the man having the woman's content. P.J. would then be neglected by his mother, having lived with his father for the most part of his life, aside from tantrums here and there where he's gone to live with a friend.

P.J.'s early life consisted of three things. Basketball, violence, and drugs, hence why be knows so much about the substances and what they'd do to you. His father regularly smoked marijuana and would drink all night as a cause of how difficult it was fo find a job in the area. He'd drown his sorrows in some tequilla or vodka each night. This forced P.J. to pick up some slack around the house, often affiliating himself with gangs and just bad people in general. In spite of this, he smoked his first blunt at age 13, though as a cause of fhe lack of law enforcement would never be caught. He was actually laughed at for how 'late' he was to start blowing the pipe.

By age 15, he'd become a regular smoker and had developped a chronic caugh as a cause of it. His father, who'd finally got a job was the reason they had to move to Ivywood. There, P.J. began selling the drugs to make some more cash as well. He has been caught a few times, having landed about six or so arrests in just two years of selling the dope. They were able to settle down in a rented R.V. of which they still struggle to pay rent. Most of the kids know of his drugs, mint condition, no bugs, perfect, in spite of him only being around for a little over two years.​

History​

Annalise was raised in an upperclass home. She lived a life of luxury with her parents. Because she was an only child Annalise was spoiled. She's of mixed heritage. Her father is African American while her mother is African and French. The two of them met at a charity gala. They were introduced by a mutual friend and immediately hit it off. Annalise's mother came from old money and her father worked his up into becoming a successful business man. He owns a variety of hotels and restaurants.


As a child Annalise didn't get to spend a lot of time with her parents as they were busy most of the time. To make up for this they spoiled Annalise in an attempt to cure her loneness. It didn't bother her that much. They tried to make time for her when they could. She was taught French by a tutor. Her mother wanted her daughter to be able to speak her mother language. Annalise was homeschooled for a while. She was taught proper manners and how to be lady like. When her parents were able to make time for her they would travel around. Eventually they settled in New York.


When she attended public school people flocked to her. It wasn't long until she had her own little clique. Anna was able to rise thought the ranks quickly because of her money and looks. She crowned prom queen, hosted major parties, and crushed her enemies beneath her high heeled shoes. Before long she became known as the Queen Bee of the school.

For every suicide she's caused, the deeper her vengeance digs into her bones. The more sanity she loses. She's eluded herself into thinking she's hurting her father when in reality, it's just innocent people.

Marilee grew up in a high crime, and drug-induced area, also known as Harlem, New York. At only the age of sixteen, Lorena Paterson had given birth to a biracial baby girl, Marilee Renee Williams, which didn't sit well with her parents. Lorena's parents were extremely appalled and outraged. They believed that she brought shame to the family name, and in result, she was cut off from all family contact. By seventeen, Lorena was on the Harlem street, homeless, with a one-year-old. After only a couple of months of being the street, her parents let her move back in, in hopes of changing her life style. They were wrong. Her mother turned to drugs and prostitution, because of her pain inside. She felt as if nobody understood her and that she was a burden, which was completely devasting.
Only being twelve, Mari has seen it all. Nothing phased her anymore. She had very little idea what her mom was like sober, and that statement alone made her feel different than the other kids. Did her mom love her? Did anybody love her? That's really all she wanted: a stable and loving family. Her grandparents hated her guts, that, she knew for a certain. With very little recollection of what her father was like, from what she remembered, she had only seen him twice. Once on her fourth birthday party, and another on Christmas Eve.
Now, being eighteen, she understands a lot more than she did. She knows that her mother does drugs, and she vowed that she would never be like her. When she's older, she aspires to become an R&B singer. She wants her story known to bring awareness to situations like hers.

Gabe Florence grew up on the wrong side of the tracks, his father is an abusive drunk and his mother is still working at the same diner she has worked at since teen years, never ever leaving Ivywood. Gabe's parents are divorced and live in different parts of town, both still equally trash.

Gabe tends to spend most days with his mother like he used to as a kid. Oh yes, as a child Gabe was an interesting one. Always discovering and learning new things. Sadly, his interest got the better of him one day as a pre-teen and that's where his stoner like ways started to appear. He began to hang around with the bad crowd and smoke, take pills, etc.. Despite Gabe being focused on school, it's something he can't help. Gabe enjoys it in his free time when he isn't studying.

Gabe Florence has always hated his father and barely spends time there unless he wants to party when his dad out getting wasted at the local bar in Ivywood. Gabe's mother, on the other hand, is a hard working lady. She might've never been to college but has a headstrong type of attitude to survive in the world. Gabe didn't get that trait from his mother, he uses his sarcastic, witty attitude to make his way through the world.

He is now in his senior year of high school and is more than ready for it. He wants to make it into college, being the first of his family to do so and get out of his life of Ivywood.

Harley is an only child, which is probably a good thing for her parents sake. Everything was fine when Harley was a baby through the tail end of middle school. Harley and Grant were together through her freshman year of high school, but even after they broke up, the damage had been done. He introduced her to drinking, partying, and tattoos. Despite the fact she was obviously underage, there were still people willing to ink her up for the right price.

Because her parents were young when they had her, they spent alot of time trying to be Harley's friend. By the time they realized they'd screwed up, much like with her relationship with Grant, the damage had been done. Herlay dyed her hair purple sophomore year and got a heart outline tattoo on her throat, and it was game over. She kept her grades up mostly for appearance, hiding from her parents just how much of a wild child she was. She's the first to pop open a beer and usually the last to quit drinking, she'll try just about anything once. Far from innocent, she's the embodiment of wild child.

  Helma was born as the eldest child of a German couple, the Gottschalks. She had a normal middle-class family and a normal life. She had two younger siblings, a brother and a sister, and they got along. She was a good student who got good grades and didn't really have a problem in school. Helma had friends, good friends, and they were all very close to each other.
  
  However, Helma's life became a downwards spiral when she was just 9 years old. Her father got into a very serious traffic accident and he was rushed to the hospital. As soon as the family heard the news, they rushed to the hospital, but it was too late. He had died of serious blunt force trauma to the chest and he had a few broken ribs as well. This tragedy shook the whole family and things started to turn for the worse. Her mother fell into a deep depressive state and she had to care for her younger siblings. Helma had depressive episodes where she would cry excessively. Her aunt and uncle took the three of them in when her mother could no longer care for them.
  
  During this hard time, Helma found solace in music. She loved music and she mostly listened to sadder and more meaningful songs. The songs allowed her to let out what she needed to let out and it made her feel better. She was given an electric guitar for her 10th birthday and she immediately began teaching herself. She found a nearby teacher who became her favorite (and only) guitar instructor. He taught her everything she knows and allowed her to find her own style. He said she was a natural at the guitar and she would improve on her skills quickly.
  
  However, Helma became colder as she grew older. She only showed her softer side to her teacher, whom she trusted very much, and her siblings, aunt, and uncle. She decided she would not show emotion like she did when she was younger. She would not show herself to be weak. Helma turned 16 and she began to smoke behind her aunt and uncle's backs. She found that it calmed her and she enjoyed the smell of smoke. She had gone far in improving her guitar skills and she dyed her hair and experimented with dark makeup, which she enjoys wearing now. While she isn't a problematic teen, her aunt and uncle thought she was being too "emo" and wanted her to go out more. Helma turned to be rather strong-willed and determined, telling them that she's fine and they stopped worrying about her.
  
  It's now her senior year and she can't wait to finally go off to college, major in Music, maybe meet a few people and start a band. She just wants to get through senior year without any problems.

History: Yui was born in Tokyo, Japan. Her parents lived in an apartment that wasn't too big, but not too small either. It was the perfect place to raise a child.
When Yui turned 7, her family moved to America. They bought a condo in Ivywood, and settled down happily. Yui did rather well in elementary and middle school. She made many friends, who were all excited to hear stories of her life in Japan.
When she entered high school, Yui met several girls who loved to party by the lake. She befriended them, and they started inviting her to parties. She wasn't a huge fan of the drinking going on, but nevertheless, loved hanging out with her friends and just talking about life.

History:
Felicity is the daughter of a one night stand between a writer and a musician. Her father, Bowie, was a musician playing a concert at a bar, in a town outside of Ivywood. There, he met her mother, Kara and the pair had a one night stand. Kara didn't realize the fact that she was pregnant until one month into the pregnancy. When Kara found out, she set up a closed adoption with Laurel and Holland Grey, A young couple who really wanted children of their own.
At the time of her birth, Kara wasted no time in handing the young girl over to her new moms. Being brought up by the two women, Felicity learned that it was right to stand up for what she believed in and to always speak her mind. So, she did, and fond herself getting into trouble for her sarcasm and tone most days. Other days, it was her graffiti. You see, Holland was an artist, and she wasted no time passing that trait onto her adoptive daughter. Felicity can remember when she was little and playing with her mom's finger-paints. Holland was the free spirited one, while Laurel enforced the rules. Laurel was a DA, and she was the one to tell Felicity to never back down from a fight.
When she got older, Felicity realized that she needed to make her own legacy, do her own thing. So, she found this thing called DIY projects and began doing those, as well as letting off some of her bored and confused energy with graffiti. The graffiti gave her a bit of an edge, as she wound up in detention a bit. Holland liked the fact that her daughter embraced her passions in art, but Laurel disliked the fact that her daughter was messing up city property. So, Felicity, and Holland (with the help of puppy dog eyes) convinced Laurel to make a deal. Felicity could only do graffiti on abandoned buildings, and Laurel would turn a blind eye to the whole thing, claiming that her daughter was just trying to make abandoned houses look better.
As it came to school, Felicity could be found doodling in a notebook during class, or standing up to bullies when it came to the younger students. Most of the time, she stayed in her lane, observing everyone and only talking when she had to be social or something. Her moms would always push for her to go to parties, and Fliss reluctantly went, only to please her moms. Normally, she would sneak away to go work on a nearby building, but sometimes it was better to stay. You don't know what could happen.

History: Leon was born as the oldest of an upper-middle class family. The Lawrence family originally lived in the state of Maryland. That was until they found a nice mini mansion in the town of Ivywood, New Jersey. He now lives with his five-year-old sister, Christina, and his parents in Ivywood, New Jersey.

Leon's parents own a high-end jewelry store at the nicer end of Ivywood. From a young age, Leon began to learn the business to one day run it himself.

During Freshman and half of Sophomore year, Leon was the king of the youngster, which also got him to hanging out with older kids as well, plus Leon got into Varsity track, being the youngest on the team.


Everything was good for Leon that year, until New Years. Leon was out with his Junior and Senior friends for New Year's Eve.
It was a pretty good night for Leon. He got his first kiss from a drunk Senior girl and some sexual interactions as well (yes, he's still a virgin). But the night was going to take a turn for the worse. It was right on New Year's Eve. The group of Juniors and the little Sophomore, Leon, were speeding down the road, completely drunk. It was a pretty empty road for New Years Day (midnight). The driver did end up hitting an ambulance, the two colliding into one big crash. Mostly everyone in the crash passed on, except for Leon and the Ambulance driver.

Leon ended up with a broken spine. The surgeons tried to do surgery on him, leaving him completely paralyzed from the waist down. He is now left sitting in a wheelchair for good. Sadly, he, of course, lost his spot on the track team and most of his "friends".

Now he is a Junior, he is doing okay. Leon has a small group of friends and is slowly getting back to being his old self.

Jason's conflicted with the world and himself. He'd rather keep to himself and avoid forming unnecessary bonds, finding them pointless and quite frankly, exhausting. Although he doesn't call anyone his friends or companions, there are those few who manage to be him more than most. These are the ones that Jason tends to be protective over even if he's calling them crude names and being his usual judgemental self. That being said, he knows how to play with his words so although he might seem genuinely rude, it's clear that he doesn't mean what he says. This goes with many other forms of communications, especially since he was practically born to speak sarcasm.

While Jason sticks to the back in order to fend for himself and leave everyone to dust, he will unwillingly help someone if he's there to play witness. He's the guy who will say "no" but will inevitably do something about it, and he'll even go as far as to deny he did anything. These are weak moments for him because he naturally flocks towards weak, helpless people. Never ask him for help, however, because he hates being expected to do something the most.

Jason Ray Mandella was born through an affair in London, England. His family was sent through massive amounts of chaos and paperwork, the Mrs. Mandella at the time taking her five year old son and newborn daughter away. After divorcing, Olivier Mandella quickly wed Jason's mother, Jane, and the family of three lived in their large uptown mansion. For a while, things were quiet but Jane, realizing that having an illegitimate child meant being the target of slander once it was known, urged her son to learn multiple skills.

The boy slaved away at learning the piano while mastering the arts of studying. He became the talk of the area soon enough but this was both positive and negative. By the time Jason was fourteen, he was practically famous and the pressure of trying to maintain a good image crashed down onto him. For months he would cause trouble in and out the house, the relationship between him and his parents decaying each time. It wasn't until he found the world of MMA that he calmed down, although familiar bonds were already cut. Jason realized that concentrating his emotions in a fist was much more productive than stirring unlawful trouble. Still though, it wasn't exactly enough.

It wasn't long after finding his passion that Olivier's first wife passed. The eldest son was already in college while wanting nothing to do with the Mandella family, but the youngest girl was different. For a long time she wanted to reach out, and although the circumstances weren't exactly favorable, she was thankful. Lorelai Clegg soon became Lorelai Mandella.

The house was awkward at first with Jason unsure of how to deal with a half sister only months younger than him. Weeks went by before they were even able to share the same joke. It took a horrifying moment for them to click, however, because little did Jason know that Lorelai was being bullied at school because of her name. "A girl that brings death to anyone near her" they would call her.

After witnessing his half-sister practically being beaten to death, he immediately jumped in protected her. Their relationship immediately grew stronger but the Mandellas were forced to move as their name was shamed even further. The family of four found themselves in a small town in New Jersey, living in the wealthier side of town but remaining mysterious and mundane on the parents' part--Jason entering high school a year late because of the move and becoming older than the rest of his classmates.

Of course, Jason remained the the rebel he was. He hated being told what to do but he didn't cause as much trouble as he used to. For once, cops didn't automatically assume he did something wrong even though that was usually the case. Instead, Jason simply lived his life without giving two shits about anyone except his wallflower of a sister.

They're unexpected friends, although they aren't seen together often in or around school. Their friendship was primed through a mutual person, Lorelai, meaning there's not much Jace wouldn't do for the introverted artist. If anyone were to mess with her, he'd be one of the first few people to step up since he's protective of those he considers friends. If people want to see them together, they'll probably find the two eating together at the local diner, with Lorelai on most cases, Jace on one side of the booth and the girls on the other.

From friends, to friends with benefits, to friends again, their relationship has somehow managed to be mutually beneficial throughout his years in Ivywood. Harley was probably the first person Jason befriended, even if she had a type of personality that he tended to avoid. Nonetheless, they became quick smoking buddies and Jason learned how to deal with her brash and untamed persona. The two ended up hooking up two or three times, but Jason made it clear after the last that he didn't want to anymore. He just wanted to be friends, nothing more and nothing less.

It isn't old news that Jason hates excessively talkative and loud people. The guy practically wears earbuds with music playing a tad bit louder than normal just to drown them out. Marilee Williams is probably at the top of his list of people to never be in a room alone with. He'd preferably jump out the window than try to hold a conversation with her. If she were a bit quieter and less of an extrovert, he wouldn't mind her existence. The only positive Jason has to say about her is her nice singing voice, but he'd never admit that in person.

Frighteningly similar friends that bicker yet consult with one another on some of the oddest topics. Their story began the fall semester of Junior year, tasked with a long project that inevitably led them to getting to know each other. Although they're constantly squabbling, there's an invisible understanding between the two that allows them to talk about things they'd normally keep to themselves. Jason, the sarcastic jerk he is, has a long running joke that they aren't even friends, often turning to denial when the subject is brought up. It should also be noted that Helma was introduced to smoking by Jace, though not through peer pressure.

" Okay so my mum raised me on her own. We never had much money even though she worked two jobs.

Growing up in a military family, Samuel is used to moving every other year. No attachments, no friend, you get the idea. His father was abusive, and that caused Samuel to lash out in his own way.
