personality ellis can come across as abrasive because of his subconscious look of irritation and comfort with being quiet - if you call his name, the look will soften and he'll look more approachable while responding to whatever you say. he's a very civil guy, and yeah, he'll take out the trash if necessary, but he would prefer it didn't come to that. at his core ellis really likes to please people after growing up with such inattentive parents, so if he promises something to you, he will get it done. his loyalty is pinned on his sleeve. his customer service mask is legendary.
