Personality: He's a pleasant fellow, but he is very...of his era. He's a psychedelic, kooky kind of cat. The first hippie superhero, in fact. He's an...err, "pacifist", meaning he'll never actually kill anyone. He does try to go out of his way not to hurt people. It just never ends well.

History: Brother Power was once a mild mannered counter-culture hippie mannequin, until one of his misadventures got him launched into space. Since then, he has gone on many counter-culture SPACE adventures (as far as we know)

Items: Experimental Rocket for Space Travel (he's not exactly carrying this around)
Strengths: uh....I got nothing. He's not an asshole, I guess.
Weaknesses: He's a mannequin. He isn't exactly bulletproof here.
Friends: Many, many colorful characters that you will never meet.

Unique Physiology: Not truly alive, but a unique form of pseudo-life, Brother Power is actually a cloth dummy, filled with rags and supported by an internal wire framework.
Superhuman Durability: He is extremely pliable and resistant to pain.
Superhuman Strength: The electrical charge that animated him also granted him tremendous strength.
