History: Adam was the only child of a rich family. When he was sixteen he was kidnapped by professional kidnappers and was held by them for five days. Until his parents managed to pay the huge sum of money the kidnappers asked for. Ever since that day he had had anger issues. The kidnappers also left some scars on his torso which is a subject he always avoids when asked about.

Personality: He is kind of an asshole, but in a funny way (at least to him). He isn't very sensitive and likes to make fun of or joke about almost everything. This makes him seem more of an asshole than he really is. Where he grew up it was acceptable if not even encouraged to laugh about the hard stuff in life. Even though he comes off as an asshole to most, he thinks of himself as a nice guy.
History: Born in Finland as the last of 4 children, with 11 years apart from his youngest sibling. His parents were alcoholics and drug addicts. His father worked from time to time, but mostly spent his time drinking with friends, either at home or at a bar. Harry's mother on the other hand did her best, working hard with a very small pay. Before Harry was even born his siblings were taken to a " child caring institute" and away from their parents who were seen as not fit to raise their children.
When Harry was born his parents started to calm down and try a little harder. Six more years would pass on without much change. His mother was clean off the drugs, but the alcohol stayed. His father didn't change much at all, but his siblings got back home. The bills weren't always paid, so there were days without electricity and he got used to moving a lot, since they'd get evicted every few months.
A few months before Harry would start first grade, his parents decided to move to his aunt's. To get some order in their life and maybe even improve the quality of everyone's life. Living in a trailer on his aunt's lawn could have been seen as embarrassing, but the innocent mind of a child does not think of such matters. His father started drinking more due to the living arrangements. Although being a " good for nothing father" he still had his pride.
The years went on and as Harry grew, he learned pretty soon to rely on only himself. He made some bad choices and managed to even make a few good ones along the way. Like all of the other children in the family, school was easy for him and didn't require much studying for him to learn. The school he was going to had recently started an international program and started working with an Academy. They suggested that Harry would be the first exchange student as the principal thought he would never amount to anything, as long as he stayed close with his parents. His parents were sad and happy he was leaving. Even though they had hard times and bad times, Harry never doubted the love of his parents.
It's been 2 years since Harry got to Brookfields Academy. Harry has been enjoying his stay although he doesn't necessarily fit in with the others, he has been gaining some popularity in school, but he doesn't see himself as one of the popular kids.

Rhys is certainly a very interesting person. He appears to be the typical nerd, and for the most part he is. As most nerds he avidly pursues intellectual activities and scientific endeavors, rather than engaging in social or conventional activities. It is almost a given he is intelligent, but also that he is a bit quirky with a dash of awkwardness. Others tend to assume he is another wimpy, math obsessed kid with no desire to do anything but read and strive for good grades.
However that is only half of Rhys’s complex personality. There is a side of him most do not know, or even cares to find out. Especially when Rhys tries so hard to hide it. After all how many would respond well to an astute delinquent with sociopathic tendencies. Under his nerdy persona, Rhys is an entirely different person. He is a narcissistic and sarcastic person, who uses his intelligence to belittle his enemies and con those gullible enough to fall for his tricks. Cunning and clever, he’s always prowling for a new challenge to his intelligent mind. If he doesn’t he searches for something that is. And usually it is pretty destructive. Hence the username.
With Rhys there is either giving something your all, or why even both trying. He is hard-working and ambitious young man, who does not believe in giving up. For those he cares about he will go above and beyond his capabilities to help them. To his enemies, get in his way and he will make your life miserable. Even though he does not believe in physical conflicts, he is not above cheap tricks and over-the-top pranks to get back at those who bully him or his friends. He’s protective and loyal to those he considers friends.
Overall Rhys is a nerd with a bite.

History:
Rhys childhood was basically a prison. Both his parents believed in ‘tough love’, and were his parole officers growing up in Penicuik, Scotland. Under their authoritarian rule, Rhys was the perfect child throughout primary school and most of secondary. Only the best grades, and obedient and polite demeanor satisfied his parents’ expectations of him and saved him from beatings. Being his parents’ puppet unfortunately labeled him the ‘nerd’ from the moment he entered primary school. The label followed him all throughout primary school. However the worst was yet to come in secondary school.
Rhys’s parent noticed throughout his primary schooling he was more intellectually advanced than any of the other children in his school. While most were struggling with simple mathematics in his fifth year of primary school, Rhys was well on his way to completing and understanding the application of intermediate algebra at the age of ten. At the request of his parent his IQ was tested only to find out Rhys’s IQ was over 140 classifying him having genius level intelligence. In a small town of just over fifteen thousand and his parent’s boastful nature, news of Rhys intelligence broadcasted quickly over the summer before his transfer to secondary school. The thing about living in such a small town your tormentors graduated with you.
Secondary school was the absolute worst for Rhys. It seem as if a prank was played on him every day, there was an assault on him a every week, and a new rumor advertised about him every month. Home was not even a sanctuary for him due to his parent manipulative, and abusive nature. Throughout the first three years of secondary school, Rhys was tormented physically, mentally, and emotional; with no help in sight. That was until the summer of his third year of secondary school.
Something broke within Rhys saying ‘enough was enough’, causing him to transform in the summer of his third year of secondary school. He buffed up, tatted up, and cut the string of his parents’ control. The dawn of his fourth year a new Rhys entered his secondary school. Everyone was in shock at Rhys new appearance and personality. Long gone was the shy, obedient wimpy nerd who was an easy target for the popular kids of his school. In place was a hardened, rebellious punk who was smarter than his oppressors.
Trouble followed him throughout the next school year. Whether for ‘harmless’ pranks on his past tormentors or for accidentally destroying part of the school due to one of his experiments. In and out of jail, Rhys budding criminal record was too much for his parent and he was forced to live with his rich uncle in Glasgow, Scotland at the end of his fourth year of secondary school. Rhys continued to act out with his uncle for the next two years still acting out in his last years of secondary school. His uncle feed up with Rhys gave him an ultimatum go to this rich, hoity-toity school called Brookfield Academy of Young Thinkers or go to prison. Obviously Rhys chose the school.

Val is a freak. There is no soft way to put it. She has no place among the classy or delicate and she doesn't want to. Valentine is a pretty open person, she'll tell you random and unnecessary details about her life whether you'd like to hear them or not, though she will make them sound like the most important thing at the time. History:
Valentine was born and raised ,until age 12, in Britain to a native, Elisa Tremone and a visiting Italian "business man", Ferro Castanllanta. The two met when they were in their early twenties and hit it off immediately and Val was born a little later. She had a pretty normal childhood for a person that odd, Elisa was a partying, excitable woman but when her daughter was born, she did the best to give her a great childhood. Sadly, Elisa was also a alcoholic and in fits of drunken rage, beat Val around, saying that she is the reason Ferro's cheating on her, that she's forsake her glory days for a useless child. See, after she gave birth, Ferro rarely came by and when he did, he never stayed for long and was distracted and secretive. Automatically, she cut off all ties with the man, thinking that she had nothing to benefit from him. That was half true. Ferro Castanllanta was oldest son of Angel Castanllanta , a leading Italian crime boss. Being oldest and wisest son, Ferro was prepared too become boss and already was married to a more respectable woman and had a child around Val's age. Around age 12, Ferro came to visit for a different reason, Elisa called, while drunk, and said that she couldn't take Val anymore. Long story short, she was whisked off to Italy until age 15 to stay with a friend of Ferro's and a world class designer, Rosaila. Valentine got sent to Brookfield after her father had finally revealed his identity to her and sent her out of the country.

Diana was the Queen Bee at her old school in New York, she ruled with an iron fist and was not afraid to defend her throne. Upset at the move Diana is reluctant to start over, but will claim New territory to try and ruled once more before her high school career ends. For a blonde that dresses up like a fashion model in a teen magazine, she proves the quote "Don't judge a book by it's cover". Many would typically come up to her, thinking she is some kind of popular cheerleader in a highschool, only to be disappointed by the sudden interest in what seem to be very boring conversation topics like science and components of the air we breath, and those are just general topics for her. That sums up Charmane's social life. She is surprisingly (or not) pretty boring to talk to, having only topics not most people find interesting, even if her looks yell differently. Perhaps some of her spectacled science laboratory partners from her old middle-school found her funny and interesting, but her social circle never really grew. Charmane doesn't exactly have much confidence in her social skills (after all the failed friendship attempts and stuttering in front of the class), which is to say she has small happiness whenever she feels useful or a bond with another, and pretty sensitive other's negative feelings. To her, anyone will do, just as long as she could share hundreds of words and thousands of moments. Well, exaggeratingly speaking, that is. Also, depending on the person, she can either be seen as annoying or pretty comedic as she seem to love talking and interacting with people. Somehow, she comes up with a lot of things to say, though it may have something to do with her little habit of noticing every single little thing around her.
Like some kind of modern Sherlock Holmes, Charmane tends to stare at one person and observe from stains to types of bag, even if it would appear rude to do so. It would take a few seconds before she'd realize how impolite she was. Though of course, she wasn't as inhumanely of a genius as the fictional detective. Charmane may notice smallest things, but she never once thought of using that very same habit to help her strike a correct conversation starter other than U.F.Os and aliens of the sort. She's too stupid to even realize that, despite being academically intelligent. Having straight As and taking every single medal before she reached highschool proved her great knowledge power, but no one indicated her logical reasoning to be sound anyway. So it never occured to her to use her rude observation stares to the best of her abilities for the sake of her social life. Heck, she even dreams like a kid and still hopes for a flying refridgerator to pass by her and offer a glass of orange juice. Then again, those dreams could be scientifically possible so it would be either a childish dream or a scientific goal. There was no exact way of telling.
As mentioned, Charmane is stupid - or naive, in another vocabulary. Other than not realizing how to use her little rude habit to help her with her social life, she's seen as pure as a baby. There are a lot of things most people know and experienced that Charmane has never once tried, and couldn't thanks to her goody-two-shoes attitude towards rules. Disobeying authority's words and regulations weigh her down as if gravity was doubled. But whenever she gets the chance to try something what seems to be new to her, as if stimulating every single emotion in her body, she would burst out to exaggerated emotions, happy or sad - very expressive and honest with what she feels. In fact, Charmane can be quite childish and hyperactive - sensitive and tempermental, something someone wouldn't imagine from someone coming from the Walter family. Well, not that many notice her anyway. That may be true, but that isn't the case at ever situation. Charmane can never and will never admit to herself, and tends to deny and avoid the subject as much as possible. Whatever that is, she won't say either. Once she let a word out, her father might get mad.
Not necessarily important to imply but, around important people like her father, especially those who actually know her father, Charmane hides away her free ways with a sophisticated smile and poised manners matched with polite, formal greetings. It would be best not to go crazy sciencey in front of her father. He'd be mad!
h i s t o r y:
Like most students that entered Brookfield Academy for Young Thinkers, Charmane is exceptionally rich - lots of money to burn for the Christmas fireplace. The Walter family has been gifted with wealth for over a century, running back to their ancestors that are full of talented geniuses. Beauty runs down in their veins, but most of the time, it would be the intelligence and skills one would think that came from genetic inheritance. And so, like her father, her grandfather, and many other fathers, her future has been decided ahead of her birth, even though at this generation, such practices would have been disregarded by many wealthy families. Because of that, Charmane was raised with strict rules and regulations with harsh consequences at every disobedience, making her the rule-abiding student that she is now. "Learn the violin. Learn the piano. Learn how to sing. Learn how to dance. Learn this. Learn that." Charmane was expected to know all of such things, taking up most of her childhood by education unlike the other children of her age who probably lived their lives playing in mud.
Her life wasn't just controlled over what she should be and what she should learn, but it even comes down to what she should eat and what she should do. Dress up nicely, eat only the family chef's dishes, attend only prestige schools, ace every single subject - Charmane was like a doll to be controlled and she said nothing against it. Why? Despite going to a prestige school since the first time she recited the alphabet, Charmane found most of her freedom inside the campus. She could learn what she wants to know and do what she wants to experience. Some would say she acts differently at home and at school, but that's only because she is confident that her father wouldn't know and interfere. It was the very small freedom her mother was able to attain for her, after all she is the only ally she ever had. Because of that, she was able to participate in field trips since they are required for her grades. She had the oppurtunity to read a magazine of her own choice about a U.F.O sighting that she heard of from her playmates. It was from that point on that she showed interest towards sciences, and the first time she'd be more than willing to study on her own will.
At her own suggestion, Charmane asked her father to give her the freedom to choose her own school. Of course, her father wasn't in favor of it until he heard the name of the school she chose. Brookfield Academy of Young Thinkers. Wouldn't it sound amazing beside her name? Charmane Walter, heir daughter of Charles Walter III, is a graduate of Brookfield Academy of Young Thinkers. It wasn't a bad school - no, it was great. It was something as simple as that that led her father to immediately enter her to the school, even use his own money if he had to just to let his daughter study at BAoYT, which he never did all his life. Charmane had another goal in mind to enter the school, of course it included her science-filled dream, but she never did reveal those to him. It's no secret, but not exactly entirely open. Hey, he could get mad!

Personality: Jillian generally keeps to herself, but doesn’t mind interacting with others if the situation calls for it. Though she is quiet and solitary, she still has an optimistic outlook on life. She tends to stare too long at things she finds beautiful, often ending the session by taking a picture if she has a camera in her hands, which she usually does. She is friendly, which often comes off as naïve in a school setting. However, this is not the case.
