Blackburn follows the story of the runaway spy of the world's premier terrorist, a city struggling to cope with astronomical crime rates, and the Mavericks, the once-great vigilante superhero league tasked with protecting the city of Blackburn. After their fall, the city lost faith in their former legends. But now, in the year 2030, the city of Blackburn will bear witness to its greatest threat by the hand of the great terrorist herself, Eris. With the police outmatched and the city in turmoil, the Mavericks - and their unlikely new ally - may be Blackburn's last hope.
