power like the rest of his color, dylan has telekinetic abilities. they're less of a weapon, less something he has to learn to wield, and more of an extension of himself, and he's so wholly comfortable with his powers that he doesn't need to spare much more thought to performing tasks telekinetically than he would when moving a limb. it'd be a mistake to write him off simply because he's a blue (and not a yellow or orange or red) because what he lacks in raw destructive capability he makes up for in control and power. however, while he's done some pretty amazing feats while in situations of extreme stress and emotion, he unfortunately can't recreate said feats in normal circumstances.

power he's able to set things on fire at will — of course, take 'at will' with a grain of salt, as he tends to set things on fire accidentally 99% of the time, usually when someone surprises him or when he's feeling particularly strong surges of emotion (usually anger ngl). it's kind of a mess bc his power doesn't extend to putting the fires he's started out, and that can be result in Bad Things™. additionally, it seems he loses control over the fire after he brings it into existence. sometimes the fires are little more than flickers, in the worst case scenarios they're blazing infernos, and he can't seem to make it go one way or the other. basically, his power has great destructive potential, but his control over it is abysmal.
