Mundane Name: Bill Semperkhoff
Race: 1 Gen. Mutant.

Appearance:
Supersuit: A mask with glass holes for eyes, and respirator hidden somewhere in the mouth area. Coat with fur is zipped close.
Powers (Inherent traits): Arsenal of weapons that can be projected (Knives, blades, even scissors and forks), although object first needs to be "scanned" to be projected (expect knives). Limit on creation is 4-6 objects; Cut (upgrading ability - currently is able to cut objects lower than 6 points on Moch's scale); Combustion (Lowest ability on scale - currently ignored and not used).
Abilities (Learned traits): Forge (Creating weapons out of existing materials. Can't be used with low count of materials), Knowledge of sword fighting, Knowledge of knife combat.
Weaknesses: Hard materials (Corundum, Titanium, etc), Electromagnetic field (can ruin the weapons, but they still would be useable though), Heights (just a fear).
Weapons: His knives (or any other things from Arsenal), Any nearby slicing-cutting things.
Other: Generally fond of any slicing weapon, and knows nearly all of them.
