About Personality
Mari is typically on the hostile end of things. She shoves people away (sometimes literally) and doesn't like to be around lots of people. When people approach her she often will use snide remarks and vulgar language to get them away from her. However, if they still stay with her she tolerates them, telling them to be quiet though. As time goes on, it's shown that Mari is actually just fairly tsundere like, she doesn't know how to give affection well, so she almost always resorts to insults and sarcasm. Though, her mask of sarcasm immediately gets knocked down when she sees spiders. She had to go to the hospital from a spider bite when she was younger, so she has a humongous fear of them. When she sees a spider she shrieks and hides behind someone, which is peculiar behavior for her seeing as she's usually the one people hide behind. Mari also acts a bit like a mom friend at times, she often stops fighting and protects people, she also has no problem making snacks and meals for people, and she also is much nicer to children or people with childish personalities.

γThe Ultimate Sharpshooter's Execution: Executed, Target Practiceγ
If Mira were to become a blackened and then get executed, her execution would play out as followed. It would start with Mira being in a gun range, tied up to a target. Monokumas with guns line up, just like people at a gun range would do to start practicing shooting their targets. Since Mira is tied up to the target, the Monokumas shoot her, killing her in a few shots, but they keep going until they're out of ammo.

It would depend on the situation. She would kill to protect someone else from being killed, but she'd also die to protect someone else from being killed.

About Personality
Kou is an extremely extroverted and happy person. She is seen smiling and laughing 99% of the time, and approaches others to compliment and talk to them. She has a loud voice, but not in an annoying way, in a very extroverted and happy way. She often tackle hugs people or falls onto them for a hug, believing that hugs are one of the most amazing things ever. She can be tricked very easily, being extremely gullible, always believing people are telling the truth. She makes silly nicknames for people as well, often based on their name or personality. Kou is also the type that lets people vent to her, and she always will help someone out with something. Her carefree and happy attitude comes from her amazing luck. All her life she'd gotten amazing luck, never once has she gotten bad luck, so she's one of the most carefree and happy people in the world. Though, her happiness and carefreeness is also what strikes up a slightly dark side in her. When bad things happen to other people, even death, she doesn't get fazed at all, believing that their luck had simply just come to a stop, that it's bound to happen to everyone at some point, even herself.

If Kou were to become a blackened and get found out, her execution would go as followed. It'd start with her in a gaming room, strapped onto a spinning throwing darts wheel. Monokuma will show up and start throwing darts at her. They all miss, though some come close to hitting her. After a minute or two of throwing darts at her and missing Monokuma throws a dart that's flashing red. Once it's thrown at her and lands on the throwing dart board, it blows up, a huge explosion, destroying the wheel and Kou.
Murderer Or Victim
Kou's luck would prevent her from becoming a victim, but she would indeed murder someone if she wanted to test out her luck to a new extreme.
Hope or Despair
It depends on which side gets to her first. If hope gets to her first she'll fight for hope, but if despair gets to her first she'll fight for despair.
