Vampires
In the Beginning, there was Man. All things were good and righteous until the Original Sin that brought death upon the world. A brother's bond was broken and the Earth was soaked in one's blood. And thus, the curse of Cain was born. But, this did not create the first vampire, it only set up the stage for things to come. Lilith, the first wife of Adam, toiled the wastelands. Her broken conviction with the one who calls himself Almighty gave her power at a cost. The light of the sun seared her perfect brown flesh and an unquenchable hunger soaked into her veins, making her feral. She obliterated anything that came her way. Thus, it made sense for her suitor to be someone who was almost indestructible. As Adam and Eve were blessed in life, Cain and Lilith were blessed in death and darkness. And their children revel in the advantages of two curses combining into one. But one cannot be sure if this is nothing more than a myth. The Originals have been lost to the world for millennia and the eldest of Old Ones have no recollection of a time that far before.
Witches
A cousin to the Vampire, the Witches of the Lilium stretches to the families of all witches in existence now, save for one. Their creation is in thanks to the union of Adam and Lilith, which resulted in the first child of the world. Mother Marin is still worshipped to this day, though her image has changed drastically. There is a bit of a racial stir among covens, for it is said that Marin was a child of mixed races. While most don't even remember, there are some who do and some who'd rather that information be stricken from records completely.
Lycans
The moon holds many stories and guards the world in many ways. A curse against the Romans who killed the Nazarene, the wolves now guard those who they were once against. Enchanced with speed and strength, they change at will save for the apperance of a full moon, which renders them in a state of frenzied agony. A bite from one of these creatures is sure to kill, rather than turn. Those who are descendants of the Romans are more likely to become lycan if they commit murder before they reach the age of 33. Blessed silver is their bane, as it was a silver lance that killed the Nazarene.
Angels and Demons
A war as old as time itself, the Angelic and the Demonic seem to come from a world that was before. Their power is mighty and miraculous, but they are rare and far few between. As the age of man carries on, the belief has ran out on both sides. Only the oldest and most powerful of these creatures still remain and there is a score that will be settled in the end. However, the Fall of Lucifer, the starting point for almost all things, may have gone differently than depicted. In the end, their war will decide the fate of the universe, no matter what the cost may be.
