In 2028, the present Bat-Man is put to the test as he has to stop a threat bigger than anything he had seen yet as Bat-Man. A new villain called the Jester, stating that he is the Joker's apprentice, release the all prisoners and patients from Blackgate and Arkham on the city of Gotham. Knowing that those two facilities are overpopulate, it would be an impossible task taking care of all those hostiles.
Being Bat-Man and a former Robin, he called up all the back he could to equal the playing field. Now that Tim has an army, will they be able to stop this night of chaos.
