Hello! And welcome! This adventure will take place in Faerun, and follow the adventure of a young Dragonborn named Taruk Stormscale! There is a poll as well, so feel free to vote!

Chapter 1: Beginnings
Taruk awoke. Another nightmare had inveloped in his sleep.
Great. Just what he needed to start the day. Unlike the other dreams he had, however, this felt different. It felt real. Alive. Like this was going to happen, anyway. Taruk couldn't tell anyone this, however. He had no one to talk to.
His parents were dead after all.
They had died to Mind Flayers, so he pledged venegence against them. You could say he was a Paladin, having sworn an Oath Of Venegence. But believe what you want, he wanted to murder Mind Flayers. Speaking of which, they were in his dreams. Trying to resurrect a being of sorts... he heard a name. The Sorcerer Of Darkness?
He didn't worry about it, though. It was probably his obsession. Oh, well. Doesn't matter now. He needed to go to town.
Taruk lived near a town close to the city of Baldur's Gate. He himself hadn't enter the city, at this point, but that didn't necessarily matter to him. He wanted to get the necessary things to live and return home sooner than later.
And so he headed out, to Fairwickstead.
