He always wears a silver necklace with a unique symbol on it.
Personality: Axel is ruthless in his endeavors. He seems to have the idea that to accomplish anything in life one must have the mentality that it is all a game, there is something to be lost or won and there is always a winner and a loser. He will go through anyone and anything that might get in his way, as well as use any tactic to accomplish his goals, almost totally regardless of consequence. He is fairly cold-blooded, and lacks a great deal of sociability. His mind is set to look at the big picture, but he understands that such is not possible without the tiny details. He cares little for peoples emotions.
Ability: Precognitive Telepathy/Telekinesis
Limitations: He is not experienced enough to control his telekinesis without being near death or in a severe state, He can only see a few seconds into the future because of lack of experience (5 at most), he can not force people to do things with telepathy and prefers not to as it would be to easy anyway, he doesn't have enough control to prevent people from noticing when he reads their mind at this point.
Drawbacks: He has found that he cannot communicate or be psychically attacked by others with mental powers meaning that he must fight them physically, he gets minor headaches often, he hears things that aren't real sometimes, he is possibly a high functioning schizophrenic, people can feel him probing their mind at this point and even experience amounts of pain relative to how deep the information is within their mind, while he can read the future five seconds is very little time to react
Preferred Tactic: Prefers to use deception to get close to opponent, and then strike any open vital when he has a chance. The killing blow is a priority, mercy is optional.
Background: Raised by his rich half-asian single father whom despised super human mutants and blamed them for the death of his wife, Axel is used seeing prejudice against his kind, but he his power hidden when he discovered it. He grew to despise his father and his ideals, but in reality was becoming a counter portrait of those views. It all went south quickly when he found out that his father was keeping tabs on the new initiates at a certain Windford Academy. He had found entire lists full of incoming student info. He grew furious at his father, and Axel told him what he really was. His father grew fearful that his company would go under if the public found out about this with his political and social views. A few days later Axel is arriving at Windford, but for his own reasons and of his own accord, and his father has not made an appearance in those few days. What could be the truth behind this mysterious and late student?
