Avatar problems

So I've been trying to change my avatar and it hasn't been working.

I get that every time I try. Sooooo I went through tapatalk and changed it, worked perfectly.


Well just now trying to upload that attachment I missed and hit my avatar and got the same message.


My avatar is jpeg, that screenshot it's png.


I'm not sure if this is on my end or the sites but here's all the info I can provide as to the problem.


Oh and the avatar image was downloaded offline and is less than 360x225 if that matters.

This happened to me a couple of times. Perhaps the image is too large or there was an error when you saved it to your device? I'd probably ask a member of staff.

The image was small as stated above and it uploaded just fine through tapatalk. This seems to be a site issue to me which is why I posted here for a staff member to see.

It may be a mobile issue, actually. There have been several instances in the past where users have attempted to upload images through phones and tablets and receive the exact same message. I just uploaded the same avatar through my laptop.

Yea that could be the issue then.


Odd issue, I uploaded two normal picture today and got the same issue in one but not the other.
