Private Roleplay Rules
Private RPs consist of two users creating a story together. Please
1.Please make sure to label the threads of your private RPs accordingly. This means that all Private RPs should be labelled as Private. It also means that Out of Character threads should be labeled in the title as “OOC” and that all In Character threads should be labeled in the title as “IC.”
2.Try to keep things civil. If you and your partner seem to be on the cusp of a argument, please do not lash out. If you do not think you are capable of handling things humanely, please approach the Storytellers or anyone else you feel comfortable approaching to discuss the problem.
3.Please do not posts in threads that do not belong to you. If you would like to give a compliment/make a comment about a Private RP, please do so outside of others’ OOC and IC threads.
4.Remember to keep things clean! Mature themes are allowed but if we see that you are posting over-the-top smut you will be reported. Nobody wants to stumble upon a 1x1 cybering extravaganza.
5.All standard RPdom rules apply.
One Shot Story Rules
These one shot stories are meant for those of us who wish to write personal stories within the world of Athamar.
1.Each post for a one-shot story requires a hearty four paragraph minimum to be posted. This is to encourage more detail and plot development.
2.You may have one thread per character.
3.If you do not want other users posting comments in your story’s thread, please say so politely at the top of the first post.
4.If an author says that they do not want comments in their threads, please respect said author’s wishes. If you have a compliment or a comment to make, please do so outside of their personal thread.
5.Again, please keep things clean! Nobody wants to read a pornographic tale about Harvey the Well-Hung Dwarf (that’s for a different part of the internet).
6.Again again, all standard RPdom rules apply
"Ask Me Anything" Threads
"Ask Me Anything" Threads allow you to answer questions directed towards your characters IC, and to ask others questions towards their characters.
1. One thread per person to avoid clutter. You may keep a list of characters available for questions in the first post.
2. When asking questions, please clarify which character you are asking, especially if the player has more than one character.
3. Please try to keep spamming to a minimum.
4. Be respectful of each other's characters when asking/answering questions. It would really suck if for some reason things turned into an insult-throwing match x__x.
