Character's History
History: A man of excellent strategic insight, Maxwell's eccentricity has been ignored due to his capabilities. He was originally a ground-commander, leading people in combat with astounding efficiency. It wasn't until a recent running of the ECNF War Games that he made his debut in fleet-command. During a stressful part of the engagement, the Admiral in charge of his ship fainted. A distracted crew was stunned into deadlock, to where Maxwell stood up and filled in the role.
Although he was unorthodox in his command, he lead the crew to a successful conclusion of their objective for the War Games. He managed the stress of the crew well, keeping them active and alert. Despite eventually being taken out by Silas Metroka, the fact that Maxwell had managed to keep the crew active and relatively stress-free during the exercise saw him to promotion. He worked his way up the chain of command, eventually finding himself at the command of the ECNS Eastwood.
