Now, I shall trade complete full color traditional (no digital because my drawing monitor is broken) done with either color pencil or alcohol markers (depends on what the colors needed are) art of your Oc(s) for some concept sketches that I can run wild with.

Here is a description:
Ritz, he’s the owner of the RitzLock theater in Blitzety. A city that is known for its music and theater productions, you’ll always being hearing some tune from street performers while walking down its streets. One act on Ritz’s stage and you’re nearly guaranteed fame. It’s every performers dream to perform on his theater’s stage.
He is a Dragonborn, and in the world Ritz is used in, that means he heavily resembles a dragon and is essentially an anthropomorphic dragon.
He would dress very classy, and would clearly have money just by looking at him. Respect is something he takes very seriously, and he often uses fear to remind performers that (by his standards) disrespect him who is in charge.
He’s also very manipulative and toys with people just for fun. After all, he basically runs this city, who’s gonna stop him? But he does put on whatever act he needs if shit does hit the fan.
