Power Limitations: powers require water as ammunition. The cold is her weakness but Ice itself is no problem as she can change the state of water. In a way, Irene can provide all the ammunition Aqua will ever need.
Abilities: flight. immense regenerative powers- can use her body's own water to heal but it leaves her dehydrated. Very fast swimmer. able to BREATHE UNDERWATER
Weapons/Gadgets/Tech: a water bow. The tips of the arrows are high-pressure water, meaning the arrows are very sharp and can be very damaging. additionally, she can alter the way the arrows are made for differing effects

Short backstory: Aqua found her powers when in high school. However, nobody knows where she was born or very much about her other than her sisters. Most personal records about her were destroyed in the fires her sister created. She fell in love with her powers and loves to use them, but she seeks assistance from the A.S. to keep her in check. She looks to Lux and her older sisters for help overall. She's the youngest of her siblings and wants to please her sisters as well as Lux.
Basic Personality (include their motivation to be a villain and their mental and emotional strengths and weaknesses both physical and mental please!): Aqua is the youngest of her sisters. She's very calm in battle and loves her sisters more than anything. However, she never lets her emotions get in her way. She is a mischeif maker and is all about having fun with her sisters, so she has enjoyment partaking in Irene's sadism or Diana's arson. Her playful attitude is what caught Lux's attention and caused him to recruit Aqua and her sisters who gladly accepted his inventation to join the A.S.
Family: Irene Elementa and Aqua Elementa are the only living relatives she has. Her parents were found dead with bruises, signs of hypothermia, and severe burns.
**Romantic Interests: Aqua has the biggest affinity for Lux. She likes him more than her sisters and really wants to gain his attention. However, she still wants to help her sisters in any way she can and like the others, her primary love is their powers.

- arena flood - able to take water and change the terrain turning it into home turf by using water from various sources (avoids using this to prevent harming Diana but is willing as Diana can always be revived)
- change the state - able to change the state of water around her, using this ability she can use the water in the air as ammo.

- Sentient Water -- can turn herself into water for a long duration. Very powerful tactic with low risk and low energy expenditure. She can reform her body as long as she has enough water. She can go so far as to drown people with her own body if she thinks about doing it and is given the opportunity
