By now, he considered it had amazing constitution, able to bear the brunt of so many attacks so far. Watching as the titan began to shift its body stance to attack, it was time to shift tactics once more. "The beast will be upon you once more, Petrodillo, protect yourself!" The young magus gave the defensive order, his crimson eyes glued on the battlefield.

Sipping his coffee and appreciating those local beans he picked up this morning. Izuru wondered what he'd eat for lunch. Buddies may prove to be a decent source of food. Though each of the buddies tried their hardest to avoid the beasts next attack, they were each pelted with an array of rocks. The rocky beast let out a grinding roar and looked as though it was about to take another step forward. Small rocks falling from its entire being with every movement.


No one managed to beat the 10. Everyone takes -1 HP. Almost there guys!

As the light buddy appeared before the two of them, Glacier grabbed a ball from his satchel speedily.

He stopped himself before throwing it, however, and instead turned to look at Snowbolt. "Would... you like to throw it?" Glacier asked; it felt a bit weird to ask his buddy to catch a buddy, but at the same time, it'd feel weird not to ask...

After giving a nod, and holding out it's hands, Snowbolt was passed the ball, which it promptly threw at the light buddy.

Covering his mouth with a fold out fan when Rhinox got his little metal body squished by the Mudrock. Izuru closed the fan before attempting an actual strategy. Currently the tanking behemoth was only getting damaged due to the efforts of the whole group. It likely wasn't paying attention to any single Buddy. Rhinox was a tank type buddy with a body suited to defensive play. Once Rhinox was looking a little less crushed. Izuru had it to absorb some damage before retaliating.

The teen magus' crimson eyes narrowed, clicking his tongue in displeasure. This time around, the attacking buddies hadn't managed to stop Mudruk's own attack and retaliate. Shifting on the metallic throne, he began tapping his index finger against the arm-rest, his golden signet ring clashing against the metal furniture. His gaze would shift for a moment towards Saber, who had been watching the whole situation with a detached gaze, while still being alert to potential threats. At that point, there was no need for words when his attention fell upon Petrodillo: it was time for another assault against the gargantuan being.

His search had merited him another buddy and of just the sort he was looking for: water. However, he only had a few balls left to spare in some attempt to catch it. In this moment, he affirms himself that he is not entitled to catch the creature. It was in the hands of The Fates. But he would appreciate catching the creature. The thought of loss admittedly, made whether or not he would catch the creature quite suspenseful.

So this must be what the gambler feels.

Marcus smiled at the thought. He'd better be careful to fall for addiction.

After this, he'd assuredly be off. Everyone else was mostly assuredly ahead of him by an amount he'd soon see. Having passed out, he's have to make up for lost time. He threw the ball, seeking to make yet another of the water beings his own.

Squink positively cheered as she waved to it and jumped up and down a little excitedly, hoping that her little friend would give it their all. She was glad that Sparkle was the first buddy that she caught, they were currently her favourite and she was excited to go around catching more and see what else there was to find after the fight was all over.

While Glacier was in thought, Snowbolt floated back, before zooming forward like lightening and throwing the ball with powerful momentum.

So the little bastards have some self preservation in them after all.

The thing finally, ran away from him. To Marcus, they seemed almost too whimsical and relaxed for the wilds. Oh well. It was about time to head back. The time at the beach was over. He took one last look back at the ocean, before walking off and traveling back to the lab.

He now planned for a destination which was much colder than this. But not before receiving some training to get a little better at this. It was probably something he should have done from the very beginning. However, Marcus liked to times, try things himself and then ask questions after. Such was the way he had been taught when he was younger.

Taking the rocks, Free would get grounded. Michael would dash to catch it before it hit the ground. With a slide, Free would land in his arms.

"Oof. You are heavier than you look. Are you alright?"

*Free noises of assurance*

Free would wiggle free and glare at the massive earth buddy with a growl and rigid back. Static electricity started to arc between its wings.

Michael would point at Mudrucker,

"Electromag Rail!"

Free would shout as it charged the area with an electromagnetic field with metal accumulating in the center. When the round was large enough, it was instantly fired from the magnetic zone like a round from a rail gun with wind to guide it to the titan buddy.

After missing three times in a row, Snowbolt decided to take a different approach; after Glacier handed his buddy the fourth ball, Snowbolt instead charged forward, aiming to hit the light buddy with the ball at point-blank range.

Gilgamush and X both charged at the titan along with Sparkle and Rhinox and Petrodillo. Toortle shot a blast of water at it with a vengeance. And Michael held Free up and aimed the electromagnetic cannon straight at the water stream. For a second it almost seemed like there was no reaction. Then a low rumbling noise filled the silence. The titan that was mid step was frozen in place and shaking. Only a second more of the shaking before cracks began to appear on the rocky surface of the creature. Then, "BOOM". There was a loud explosion and the area was filled with debri. But the Titan Mudruck was no more. The reasearchers were free to continue on with their studies.
