Figures of Repute, the Notable and Notorious
These men and women, for one reason or another, have earned a name for themselves in the world, a title that raises as much awe as an urban legend. Ask anyone--they've heard of these people. Spoken of in taverns from Shiganshina to Stohess, whispered in the weirways of the Underground, romanticised by all manner of literature across the Walls.

- Mizuki Kohaku, otherwise known as Reaper of the Redwood, Mizuki of the Redwood (often misinterpreted as Misery of the Redwood), Kohaku Cut-Throat
Born of the blood of the 13th Expedition Outside the Wall's Redwood Massacre, Mizuki Kohaku came to Wall-wide renown following a trial of the century. What she did, truly, is known only to the witnesses, but murder and mutiny is always on the vicious tongues of rumourmongers. They say her cruel callosity knows no bounds. (In effect only when the next instalment of chapter ii begins)

The Mad King's Dog, Cole Ackerman, acquired his notoriety with decades under his king's command, known to, without question, do whatever his king asked, no matter how cruel or callous. Cole Cole's preferred method of execution is beheading. He was with the Military Police and served as the king's personal bodyguard before switching his cloak for the Wings of Freedom, having been sent away to the Outer Wall's Scout Regiment on what the lower-classes assume to be a covert mission.

Angel Aaltonen, otherwise known as Smith of the Gods
- Bill Bauer, otherwise known as The Butcher, Four-Fingered Bill, Grata's Ghoul, Bill of the Redwood Massacre
