Abilities:

Upgrade!

Due to tinkering by Skargrim, Annette has a built in flamethrower in her left arm. It is able to fire for 15 minutes straight before running out of gas. Annette has a capability for gaining new material, and having it be implanted into herself when the time is right, or when Skargrim feels like getting off his fat ass.

Electric Shock

Annette's battery powers her arms, and can charge up her arms with high voltage to deliver a shocking blow. She can only do this so much until her arms completely shut down from lack of power. She can do this 5 times a day, for 15 minutes before her arms short and she is left defenseless for a minute while her battery reroutes.

Rapid Release

Being the ranged fighter of the two, Annette has a much better aim and arm than Skargrim does. Anne can fire arrows rapidly out of her bow, due to her arm's tirelessness, and inhuman speed.

Bio: Ever since she was a little girl, Annette had a rare disease where she had very fragile bones. Her life under her rich parents was a very sheltered one. Though they were rich, they were unable to find some sort of cure for her. They were never ready to truly accept that their daughter was unable to be fixed. Together, they made a final push towards research to cure her disease at the age of 16, and they found something. It was highly experimental, and incredibly dangerous. Jeannette and Marcus were very against the idea of turning their daughter into something else, something that wasn't human. It wasn't until Anne's body weight began to cripple her own bones, and they saw there was no other choice. They left Anne with a doctor who told her that "Everything would be fine shortly." Anne caught on quickly when she was given a swift jab to the jaw, knocking her out instantly for a long while.

She had her chest ripped open, and strengthened with various metals that were on hand. Titanium was the main component for this expensive escapade, along with bits of silver to make sure that the exposed bits of her insides would remain uninfected. She had both her arms cut off, and her legs fiddled around with. A backpack was strapped to her back along with a tube system integrated into her blood system to run the various contraptions that allowed her to move about. The doctor thought himself to be doing a great job, until she wouldn't wake up. Confused, he checked her pulse. Still beating. Hell, he just looked at her heart only a few minutes ago. Her breath, still breathing. She wouldn't wake up. The doctor wouldn't allow his reputation tarnished, so he threw the girl's corpse out back for the vermin to eat, and informed the parents that their child was dead due to a complication with her ribs. There wasn't anything they could do to save her, so they cremated her body as to not spread disease. He gave them a smoldering urn of ashes, and called it a day as the two parents left, crying for their dead child.

It was a few weeks later however, that Anne finally woke. She was starving, close to death, and somewhere unfamiliar. She found that she was unable to move, and was missing her arms. She looked around, and noticed she was sprawled on a pile of stuff. Nothing of coherent value, just a pile of various things. Weapons, armor, clothing, pet accessories, head wear. Stuff. She writhed around, and took in her environment. It was dark, kinda smelly, and lined with multiple pieces of battle equipment. Her arms were nowhere to be found. She lifted herself off the pile, and felt an unfamiliar mass behind her. It seemed to be some sort of engine hooked up to her, still charged. She left the hut she was kept in, outside there was a strange set of glyphs on the building outside. She couldn't see anything else besides endless forest around her. It was dark, and there was a bonfire outside.

"Help!" She called out. There wasn't anyone else nearby besides a giant suit of armor. "Hello?! Somebody please help me!" Again, there was silence. "Please... Help..." She started to sob. All her life, there was somebody to take her by the hand and guide her, and now there was nobody around, and she had no hands. It was then the suit of armor turned its head, as if roused from its slumber. " Who's makin' all dat noise?" Anne looked up, very scared now. "P-... Please... don't... kill... me..." "BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHahahaha... Ha ha, hoooo... Listen girlie, if I wanted ta kill you, you'z already be dead! No, ah've been killin' Moonz fer da past few weeks tryn' ta kill YOU! Haha. Neva thought you'd wake up eitha." "Where... am I? Who are you?" And that was the start of a budding relationship between a large Ork (A completely new race that she had never heard about) and little Annette. Apparently, her arms were dislodged off in the stash somewhere, so it took a good hour before Skargrim could find them.

Until recently, Annette had put up with Skargrim's shouting and screaming, until recently, she suffered a migraine unheard of. She was clutching her head, asking Skargrim to settle down. Skargrim seemed a little saddened by her hurting so badly, a new emotion that was foreign on his hardened face. She then heard that there was a School of Magic and Arts that maybe would be able to get rid of the malevolent tone Skargrim was unable to control with his voice. She signed up herself as well, to stay with her surrogate guardian.

Personality: Anne is very dependent on others for support of her amazing abilities. Not much of a fighter, she prefers to sit in the back of the mob and provide them with the means to fight, rather than actually doing the work herself. Somewhat cowardly, but wickedly smart, she's not stupid enough to leave herself undefended when she is put her back to the wall.

Most of the time though, she's somewhat of a shy girl, but is being opened up by the company she stays with.
