Theme: Naive - The Kooks
History: Angelo was found abandoned on the steps of a Catholic church in the small town of Faenza, Italy. He was taken in by the church-run orphanage. From a young age Angelo knew he was different from the other children. He always knew things he wasn't supposed to know. He wasn't sure how he knew that Romano had stolen candy from the store. No one had told him and he knew it was illogical yet the feeling would not dissipate. Angelo's uncanny ability made him a pariah amongst the children and even the adults were wary of him. When he was 12 he knew that Sister Maria was having an affair. Having been raised to always be truthful he confronted her about it and insisted that he had to tell Sister Caterina, the Mother Superior. Maria, in a fit of pure malice, told Angelo that the reason he thought these false things was because he was possessed by a demon. He believed her. Having been surrounded all his life by the Catholic Church it wasn't too much of a jump. So for the next 4 years he basically tried to ignore all of his feelings about people because he though he was possessed and was suffering emotional abuse from Maria. So it basically ducked him up until he turned sixteen and suddenly had a tattoo on his chest which really just sent him into a spiral and he ran away and over on the streets until he met Valentina who was basically just a positive, not-terrible person who genuinely cared about him and didn't freak out when she found out about his ability. He stayed with her until he was 18 when the letter from Olympus came and a lot of things became a lot clearer. Though low-key he thinks it might still be a demon.
