+Hardworking :: Adri takes her job very seriously, and is dedicated to everything she works on. She doesn't let her feelings get in the way of her task at hand, which makes her one of the most respected engineers of her class.

Bio: Beautiful, beautiful Andrina Welsh. Born to two loving parents and an accepting community around her. In the first moments of her life, nature was kind to her. Brought her hope, joy, security. As an infant, Adri was loved and cared for by her parents. They would never let her out of their sight. After 3 miscarriages, how could they? They were so proud of their baby girl, and she hadn't even done anything yet.
After her second birthday, life started to travel downhill. Adri, still a toddler and barely capable of advanced human emotion, lost her mom to cancer. It was a dark time for her father, as he blamed himself for not saying one more "quit those cigarettes" or "can't you see they're killing you?"
He fell into a dark depression, skipping work days and staring at the walls for hours on end. Sometimes he would forget to feed Adri, and she would wander over to the neighbors, who welcomed her with open arms.
They didn't have a funeral session, as her dad barely had the energy to get out of bed in the morning.
The light of his life, gone like that.
At 12, her dad moved out of the house that he had bought with Ellie and into a small apartment in New York. He had managed to get out into the world more and more, and had found a new government job in New York. So they completed the move, living in New York for the time being. Across the country and as far away as they could get from the memories of Sacramento.
Adri, though frusturated with her dad, was happy that he finally acted alive again. They grew closer during that year in New York, and it seemed like life was finally looking up for that sad family. However, disaster, prone to strike once more, did just that. Radon acted up in his job, angering the governement that he worked for. Radon knew he couldn't stay anywhere for too long, so he dumped Adri and left, leaving no paths for Andrina to follow him.
She was left alone, and celebrated her 13th birthday in foster care. Like any foster child her age, she bounced from family to family, finding anything for her hands to work on so her mind wouldn't think about her dad.
But it was the nights that were the worst, when she was left alone with her thoughts. Adri realized she was alone, and she would possibly be her whole life. She had to come to terms with the fact if she wanted to get anything done. So, unlike her dad, she fixed her shit by doing the only thing she knew how to do. Block everyone out and do what was best for her. And that's exactly what she did.
With the invitation into the Ion Program, Adri is excited to show her potential to those who are willing to see it. She focuses solely on her academics, and doesn't concentrate on friendships or silly things such as that. She knows what she can do, and Adri does it.
And she does it good.
