Andrew Pimms is a member of the Haven City Milita now, but there was a time in his life where every demon wanted his head on a pike. Formerly leader of a demon-hunters cell in the city, Andrew was raised in the Organization known as the 'Black Cross', which held a high mortality rate, but were known to be some of the most dangerous demon-killers on Earth. Responsible for the death of over a thousand demons on his own, Andrew was slated to lead a major assault on the city itself. However, one thing happened that he didn't expect- He grew to care for these demons.
To prepare for the assault, Andrew stayed in the city for an entire year, to get a feel for the layout, mark places of interest, and designated K.O.S. targets. However, Andrew began growing attached to the people here, who were just trying to get by. The same could be said about the cell he was in charge of, all two hundred members under his command. Each one felt that this place was undeserving of such harsh treatment that had been received by their species. Andrew made a case to the leaders of his organization that was a controlled strike was necessary, not a full-out assault, but his leaders refused to bend. Fearing for the life of these people, and forced to choose between his new home and his old life, Andrew defected. All two hundred members of his cell followed suit.
Giving the information of what was going to happen to the Leaders of Black Rose and Serpents Kiss, as well as whatever useful Intel he had to them, Andrew managed to prevent a total blood-bath. Vowing to reform his group from a military force, into a peacekeeping organization, Andrew restructured the Black Cross cell into a full on Militia for Haven City.
Now, with a demon wife and half-blood child on the way, Andrew hopes to do good for a city he once threatened. Though Ravinca and Bloody Moon offer less than decent responses to them, Andrew knows that this is to be expected considering their history. He believes that, if he can prove that they're there to help, then they'll be accepted. A far fledged hope, but one Andrew knows is achievable.
Now, the Haven City Militia is looking to expand. With financial backers from the Neutral Zone, as well as from High-Profile Demons in the Bloody Moon, Andrew believes it's time for them to go on the offensive, retaking segments of the city from feral's. With the HCM now sporting about two thousand members, some are wondering if their methods are simply for Defense. After all, they were demon hunters once, whose to say who they really are fighting for? With the latest in high-tech munitions, some are starting to call them a private army.
