Age: 30

Alignment: Neutral Evil

Magecraft: The Millennium Family have always been known for their healing magecraft, more specifically speaking, cellular regenaration. Running od and mana into their magic circuits produces a healing component that is beneficial to the body, though this is the only type of magic they are really good at since most of their circuits are meant for healing.

A few generations down, the family discovered that the best way their magic works is through a medium, which allows them to heal others within a radius of the medium. The last few generations have used playing cards that had a magic symbol etched on the back of them to allow magic to go through them. They would place them on the ground (the magic in them would help keep them from being blown away), and once that was done, the magic placed within the cards would form a magical circle about two meters in radius, regenerating the cells of anyone within the circle.

This type of cellular regeneration takes time, whether the user is using it on themselves or through a medium. It would take a minute to heal a small wound, several minutes to heal a large wound, and an hour or more to heal near fatal wounds, and those can only be healed by the best mages of the family. If the user is self-healing, they would need to concentrate only on the healing. It is for this reason that this magic is not recommended for use during battle.

A negative of this magic is since the user can only ever excel in healing magic, they won't be able to support their allies during battle offensively.

Personality: Ever since he was a child, Andrew has been cold and manipulative. He is an introvert who wants nothing to do with other people besides his own family, but when he has to come out in public he spends a lot of his time ‘kissing asses’ in order to gain the favor of his associates. This way he can get them to do things for him, whether they be trivial or heavy tasks. It is because of this that most people will tell you that Andrew is a pleasant human being to be around.

When Andrew has a grudge with other people, he doesn’t let go of the grudge until he ‘wins’ via underhanded tactics, usually doing things that people can’t track back to him. He has no qualms with making people ‘disappear,’ as he has little regard for human life. This is why upon being selected a master, he didn’t once think ill of the task he was given, which is to eliminate the other masters and servants.

The reason Andrew generally doesn’t like other people is because that he fears them. Once he realized that anyone could kill another as easy as they could wave their hand, he has been paranoid. Of course he knows that everyone has been taught that killing is a bad thing, but he feels that anyone would kill a person if they were given enough incentive. He would take a life if it meant that there would be one less person out to potentially get him. ‘Get them before they get me,’ Andrew often says to himself. This trait of his conflicts with his family’s magic, which is cellular regeneration.

Biography: Andrew Millennium was born in the city of Northpointe, located in Northern Canada. His parents were John and Cassandra Millennium, John being a part of the ninth generation of magus in the family. After Andrew came a brother and then a sister, but since he was the eldest, this meant that he was to be the only child to practiced magic and carry on the Millennium magic crest, his siblings learning nothing about it. The only people who knew that were alive were John and Andrew.

As a child Andrew kept to himself, staying in his room to read about magic as well as books that had nothing to do about the subject. He loved to read adventure books about heroes that were unbeatable mainly, because it made him feel invincible himself. Because of his fate as a magus, his father told him early on that even the slightest mess up could lead to his death. Add that to the fact that he realized how easy it was for a person to kill another, and you had a pretty paranoid Andrew, always attempting to be perfect at magic so it wouldn’t take his life, and being nice to everyone around him to not give them a reason to end him.

Andrew’s Paranoia caused him to eventually hate humans besides his own family. He didn’t have that many friends when he went to school, turning down all invitations to events. He was nice to those who practically forced him to talk to them however, trying his best not to yell at them. There were a few bullies after him, but he learned to adapt, making friends with a few athletes that had him covered if someone tried to pick on him.

Andrew left Northpointe for a college closest to the town, but not before the transfer of the Millennium family’s magic crest from his father to him was complete, allowing him to get started on transferring his magic to decks of playing cards in secret within his dorm. He visited his family every other weekend. Once he received a bachelor’s degree in business, he returned, taking over his father’s candy store business since the man wanted to retire. He became the head of the household, watching over his parents (his younger siblings were in college at the time he took over).

For years his life has been pretty formulaic. He would wake up, cook breakfast for him and his family, then head to his shop to start working for a few hours (he hired plenty of employees to do most of the work). Come home to cook lunch for him and his family, read a book or practice magic, cook dinner for his family, read a book or practice magic, then go to bed. There would be times when his shop was threatened by bigger businesses, but with the help of shady tactics it would end up being untouched.

Once his siblings returned home from college, they stayed while looking for jobs, saving to one day buy a house of their own. Andrew was the one who would inherit the house just as he would inherit the magic. Despite the favor towards him, the three of them still had good ties. They even began helping with the shop when Andrew needed them.

Andrew was excited when the holy grail chose him as a master. He heard stories from his father about the holy grail war. About how seven magus were chosen as masters and given servants which were basically advanced familiars whose goals were to eliminate the other masters and servants. The winners of the war were given a pair of wishes. Andrew knew his wish as soon as he learned about the event. He was content with how his life was going to go, so the only thing that he could possibly ask for was more protection against those that might want him dead. This means that he wishes to keep his servant after the war.

Wish: To keep his servant even after the Holy Grail War is done since they are so convenient, allowing one to pick off enemies without ever being caught, as well as doing other useful things with them.
