Name- Ashton Wye Aryes

If mythical, what background?- Succubis raised under witches.


General personality- Ashton is a crowd pleaser, mostly coming from her work in the pub since she was a little girl with her father's family. She's easy with people and knows how to handle the boistrous, angry, and the drunk. Her free time isn't spent at parties or with people very often though. More commonly she's found sleeping and studying art history.


Background- Ashton is Blackcoast born and raised. Because of the circumstances, Ashton lives with and works for her family and father. Nothing special, just a little upsetting. Her mother was engaged to her current father, the man she calls dad. They were well into the expectancy of Ashton, and when mother was killed by a sick vampyre there were complications of the baby. Her mother was succubis, and the vampyre who killed her passed off his venom. This allowing Ashton to live as her mother died in the hospital bed. The vampyre was taken into custody and tried as such under town laws, and her father, Wesson Aryes of the Aryes witch clan took in his daughter despite offer's from his fiance's family's offers.

If mythical, what background?- Orc raised in an orphanage.


General personality- Gruff. He has a deep voice that scares children, and an appearance not friendly for groups of all ages. He tries to be nice, but with his large clumsy body and angry looking face, people usually take things the wrong way. He's like a pit bull dog. Sweet and nice, but due to reputation made by other pit bulls it's seen as only mean and nasty. He does everything he can for the people dear to him. He will gladly help an old woman cross the street, and bring a strangers groceries to their car. He is a sweetheart. This kind personality of his is why he wants to become a lawyer. He wants to save the innocent from jail time, and help victims of horrible crimes.


Background- Pughilug isn't sure what happened to his parents. He doesn't know if they died in an accident, if they were killed, or if they decided they didn't want him. The owner of the orphanage said he appeared in the middle of the hallway one night on the floor. No note, or anything. Other than the struggle of feeling alone, he had a pretty good childhood. The others there were in the same boat as him, so they all got along pretty well. He didn't have much clothing, games, or food, but he always made the best of any situation. He made good grades in school and happily helped take care of the younger children. Once he turned 16 he decided to leave the orphanage. He got a job and lived on his own, so he wasn't an extra growing mouth for the orphanage to attempt to feed. He's been living by himself in his apartment for years, and now has begun college to achieve his dream of becoming a Lawyer.

General personality-


She is distrustful of most people but puts up a mask to seem more aproachful. She does whatever she needs to get by, and often uses her physical appeal to get what she needs. She is fun loving and kind towards those she trusts and can be cold to those who she doesn't. She has big dreams and wants to go far in life but isn't sure how to. She really just wants to find people who truly care for her.


Background(if not a local, where are they from, and why'd they come here?)-


She was born in another coastal town not far from here to a clan of sirens. A neighboring clan attacked and destroyed most of her clan, killing all but her in cold blood. She just barely manged to escape. After her families death, she was pursued by the other clan and was forced to flee. At only 12 she began living on the streets. A few years later she heard of a town where she could be able to fit in and slowly made her way there, picking up odd jobs here and there to provide for her. Once she made it there was was left homeless and living on the streets and looking for a job to support her.

Name- Iva Lilith Morris

If mythical, what background?- Hybrid (94% Elf, 6% Ram) Her mother is an elf, her father is a Biologist.


General personality- Iva can be shy at first, she's not one to talk first, she often keeps to herself when she's around new people, though once she gets more comfortable with her surrounding she becomes more of her quirky self. She is really kind and is very easy going, though is you mess with the bull you get the horns (HA! sorry had to.) She won't hesitate to protect with her loved ones, and do what she has to.


Background(if not a local, where are they from, and why'd they come here?)- She was sheltered as a kid, mostly because of her appearance, also because her father didn't want anything to destroy his perfect experiment. So she spent most of her time inside , her father thought her all that she knows, and her mother took care of her, there was no reason to leave the house, at least that's what her parents told her. Around the age of seventeen her father got out of hand, and her mother noticed it, she gave her a bag and the directions to Black Coast. So she put on her hood and ran, and that brings her here, to Black Coast.


Job, if a student are they a college or high school student- She works at the local Pet store.


Appearance (Either photo or description)- She has the attributes of a normal elf (pointed ears), though she does acquire the horns of a ram (may it be noted she does NOT have hooves or a tail of a ram).

If mythical, what background?- Mermaid. Shark mermaid to be specific


General personality- Francesca is somewhat timid, shy, but tries to be friendly. She often will act a bit geeky and gets embarrassed fairly easy. She is introverted but not anti-social, yet she is a bit nervous to try new things. She’s very protective though of those she’s close to and has trouble being intimidating.


Background- She was born and raised in Blackcoast, well actually just raised. She was born in the Pacific Ocean to a merpeople family. Yet they moved to Blackcoast when she was very little due to their kind being hunted. Due to not living in water anymore, and the stories her family would tell her, she’s developed a fear of swimming in to open water, and now prefers to stay on land and get around via wheelchair.


Job – Librarian at the local library.


Appearance – Instead of legs she has a very shark-like tail, and a dorsal fin on her back. She strongly resembles a Tiger shark in the fish area, and her teeth are sharp, which embarrasses her a bit. Her neck has gills on the sides as well. She usually wears long dresses or skirts and moves around in a wheelchair.

If mythical, what background?- Oceanid/Sea Nymph; Born from the sea, taken in by and follows the customs of the Blackcoast mermaids.


General personality- Adrie is... passionate- about everything she does, everyone she knows, about the world around her. She wants to learn everything she can, as fast as she can. This can make her a bit overwhelming to others, as well as a bit reckless in her actions.


Background(if not a local, where are they from, and why'd they come here?)- Adrie was born, or more so conjured, along with the rest of her generation of sea nymphs in the Arctic ocean. They say a nymph knows from the moment she is alive where she’s meant to live and protect, and that bond she has with Blackcoast brought her here. When she arrived, the mermaids welcomed her with open arms, as they knew nothing bad had ever come of a nymph in Blackcoast- yet.


Job, if a student are they a college or highschool student- Pursuing a degree in Marine Science that she doesn’t need in an effort to integrate herself into the landfolk’s society.


Appearance (Either photo or description)- Though Adrie’s body is meant for the sea, she is able to adapt to a land environment. Her form is much like a human, but one could set her apart from another creature by the thin, fin-like webbing between her fingers and toes. In the place of human ears, Adrie has a set of gills that, when not in water, fall just flat enough to not be noticed.

Any sort of building for that is totally up to you guys, as it's the first I've ever worked side by side with it

Name: Koen Raad

Human/Mythical origin: Human Summoner


Human with magical blood or origin bound to a outsider or otherworldly creature. In this case, a Snake Daemon. It works as a partnership as the Daemon gets to roam free from the boundries of wherever it came onto a new world and the Summoner now is able to access powers that would be beyond a normal mage and or witch... if the Daemon allows it. This is a partnership after all.


Human Appearance:


Koen Raad is a 6ft 3in tall human appearing male with a Medium build and decent muscle Structure. From top to bottom, Koen Raad has brown shaggy hair with a rather annoying cow lick at the back right hand side of his head that thankfully is not often seen due to the black close cropped beanie with strange symbol on the front that he always wears. His hair pushed down and out by the beanie creates a sort of curtain so that his deep ocean blue eyes, the color of the coldest waters in the arctic, are rarely seen from the layer of hair in front of them. His face is angled and refined, more akin to a predators than something human with its sharp nose, strong chin and smooth skin and refined eyebrows that generally are in a slightly unamused arc towards each other. Broad shoulders and chest are covered by a ash gray sleeveless trench coat which instead of buttons has metallic latches and straps with a high collar that hides Koen Raads neck and some of his lower chin and jaw to the extent that the only visible flesh of Koens head is the eyes and the bridge of his nose when coupled with the beanie. A black long sleeved polyester shirt lays under the coat and upon which a single silver medallion bounces upon Koen Raads chest, a stark contrast to the material around it.


His pants are standard Russian winter camouflage cargo pants which are made out of the same material as the Trench Coat, a odd looking material that from afar looks like leather but is multi layered and is much thicker. Footwear are good old Hessian knee high boots that one might have seen being worn by a British navy officer in the old british empire. Good heavy black leather boots with thick soles.


Cover Bio: Koen Raad is a new student in the area considering his family just moved from the deep reaches of Washington state. A generally quiet boy who was known for getting into places he shouldn't be and being seemingly wiser than his age would expect. A calm, strong willed kid who knew that not freaking out in the face of danger our trouble was the key to success. Why lose your senses and make even more mistakes? Just keep calm and carry on eh? Thanks to that, Koen excludes a sort of Aura of confidence that lifts peoples spirits when they look at him and see a Kid who knows how to handle himself with a will of STEEL. When not lost in a book or some new fanciful tale of his own devising Koen Raad can usually be seen tinkering with a broken down car at the local junkyard or scrap heap as he fiddles with robots in his spare time. However other than that, his personal life is much a mystery to those whom he now counts as new neighbors and his own parents who have watched confused after a accident last year has caused their son to grow more and more withdrawn from the world. Never talkative in the first place now it seems that Koen has now shut off all ties with the world and spends hidden either in his room doing what his parents believe is online courses or wandering the wilds. Like he knew something they didn't.


Revealing bio: Because He DID know something they didn't, that the world they knew of was a lie and had more hidden layers than shrek's ogre onion or the CIA's black ops files.


He and his friends one fateful summer day were mucking about in the local library helping to organize the older books and forgotten sections when Koen Raad stumbled upon it, he knew not what it was but if he had known the truth he would have burned it in fire and run away faster than you could have caught with the human eye. A summoning Leather, one which bound a creature of otherworldly proportions to and provided a gateway... and a seal to keep it here. Unknowingly reading this Leather activated the dormant magic hidden within and bound it to Koen like using him as an anchor on this world. However the ancient magic was unstable and its underlying matrix severely warped. The resulting explosion killed his friends almost instantly and burned the library down. Koen Raad survived because his newfound companion saved him from death though he has never forgiven it to this day.


Afterwords Koen Raad did a little bit of digging and found out about the strange goings on and happenings in this little town near California, Black Coast.


It was easy to convince his parents to move there, the memories, were to much. The pain kept him up at night which was true, the knowledge that his own damn curiosity had caused such wanton destruction was more than he could bear at times though he refused to break, he never would break for their sakes.

Background(if not a local, where are they from, and why'd they come here?)- Has been living in the city as long as he remembers, he was turned while travelling through the city at night, a while after he was turned he decided to settle in the city, he bought a empty house and then began to decorate it and soon turn it into a cafe, Vlad began to work there and live in the basement, as he lived there the many years, people soon began to like the cafe and come more often to it, many people soon learned that he was a vampire from the way he acted, but they didn't make a big deal out of it and still are good friends with him, Vlad has always been nice to other people and helps the travelers that come through the city and anyone else who wants to settle in the city or do other things.

If mythical, what background?- supposedly a descendant of a long distant relative of a Cat Demon, Bast is actually a collection of cat souls that have formed a human like body. Despite looking normal he can easily disappear from sight, launch cats at people, turn into a cat, etc. He does have a notable taste for fish, and is seen sneaking it out of stores to eat it raw if he feels the craving. His most notable trait about his strangeness is an alternate Demon Cat form which he utilizes all of the cat souls he has consumed to stalk prey at night. (Prey being grocery stores or harbors.)


General personality- upbeat, easy going, eats the wanding cat souls to accumulate them.


Background(if not a local, where are they from, and why'd they come here?)- He himself has no true origin since he himself is more or less like a homonculus or a cluster of souls that have taken on a mind of their own. As far as he is concerned, wherever there is fish is his home.

Well he is driving the Snake insane, he doesn't respond to anything she does, manipulations threats, seduction zip. She would have assumed that he otherwise was an empty shell or robot if not for the fact that theirs a big ass iron wall between his thoughts and hers which pretty much keeps everything with weird mind fucking powers out.


In all honesty poor Nagashira's never met a mortal like Koen, generally theres something she can use to her advantage. This kid simply hasn't given anything away yet... like a smile.... or emotion....
