GUH nome, not just nome! Get it right you fools!
This is something I invented myself, I'm trying to make a 1 on 1 algarhiem and both follow a similar theme and story, although this involves more than two RPers. I'm new at this type of site so sorry if I have troubles.
The basics of Algarhiem start on modern day Earth, although later on David (Played by me) enters an alternate world, mostly featuring a medievalish time with magic, monsters, and different 'zones.' David goes in by accident, and soon gets into events that will change his life forever. He comes from California, but moves to Utah, in doing so his family car crashes. He wakes up, disoriented, his parents and sister is nowhere to be seen. He looks around in an unfamiliar place, and soon runs into a 'fugitive' from this world.This is the basic background of the story. (the fugitive is another RPer. Possibly me also, since I know most of what he/she is meant to say for my basic idea of the story.)
