Alexander stands at 6 feet and 3 inches with a body type mix of ectomorph and mesomorph. He has dark hair, dark eyes and olive skin, having mixed roots. He also sometimes has a bit of a stubble on his chin (because no real person lives life and still has time to shave.) People would often think he's unhappy because he's always seen frowning, but it's just his default expression.

Unlike the guys he hangs out with, he actually cares about how he looks/dresses/smells (due to a realization, stated in "Miscellaneous"), so he always tries to look his best every day. He wears henley shirts or sweaters with earth tones and jeans if he's going anywhere that's not the basketball court/the baseball field/swimming pool. Otherwise, he just wears anything comfortable he finds. He also wears a chain necklace around his neck.

Habits:

  • Heavily sighs when tired/frustrated/agitated/any negative emotion
  • Has an oral fixation, so basically tries to put things (pencil erasers, pendants, rings) in his mouth
  • Actively displays impatience/annoyance even though he's capable of hiding it
  • Sometimes speaks in Yorkshire dialect

Likes:

  • Sports like basketball, baseball and football(/soccer.)
  • Being with people. (Nice, not-annoying people.)
  • Pretty/cute/hot/gorgeous guys/girls.
  • Watching movies/TV series.
  • His little sister, Eloisa.

Dislikes:

  • Being called Alex, Al, Sander, Ally, or any other derivative of his name.
  • People being rude to other people. (Though he's kind of a hypocrite when it comes to this one.)
  • Being closeted.
  • Losing games in general. (He doesn't care if he's not even into a game, he just doesn't like losing.)
  • When people win games and rub their victory in his face.
  • When people call American football football and when they call football soccer.
  • When something (anything) isn't in moderation (like noise, temperature, etc.)
  • Slow people. (Talking, walking, thinking, etc.)
  • Sweaty people.
  • Camping.
  • Ants.
  • Etc. He dislikes a lot of things. (It's part of the character, though.)

Fears:

  • Coming out of the closet.
  • Getting lost.
  • Ants. (Especially those close-up pictures of them.)

Personality:

Even before their family's move, Alexander has always been hotheaded, getting agitated over the smallest things (see the list of dislikes). He doesn't really know why, but it helps him get his head in the game when it comes to sports, so he doesn't dwell on it. With all the constant blow-ups, though, his actual anger doesn't leave much impact on people anymore. Another thing is that Alexander usually turns sadness into anger, as he's much more used to it and can handle it better. He thinks that being sad feels like he's not doing anything about his problem/s whereas anger is actually doing something (even if that "doing" is lashing out at other people).

With the hotheadedness comes passion, however, and he would do anything he can to win the games he feels strongly for. He also likes talking a lot about his favorite shows (the ones he watches with his sister) and going as far as making theories about them. And when he likes someone, he truly deeply feels for them and would bend over backwards to make them happy,

Place of Origin: South Yorkshire, England

History:  Alexander is of an average family, with two kids (him and his little sister) and working parents. Back in Yorkshire, Alexander was sometimes discriminated on because of his mixed roots, notable in his appearances. He never really minded though and he was nice enough that a lot of people liked him too. He, after some time, even became popular and had a lot of real friends. Until his family had to move to the US for work-related reasons.

Despite having told his parents that he was okay with them moving, he really wasn't (to him, saying you're just "okay" to your parents is just saying you don't want to disappoint them with your real answer.) He had a lot of trouble adjusting in California, considering people there and in Yorkshire don't talk the same way. People would look at him strangely when he uses his dialect without knowing (because sometimes forgets which words/phrases are dialect and which are plain old English), he didn't have any friends/know anyone at all, and he felt like he was back to square one on the social ladder. He got back up on it, though, after winning a few swim races and football games. Added to the fact that he was "that new kid who was from England."

Alexander never got over the shock of leaving England, his home and his friends, though. He never quite forgave his parents for making him make that decision, despite how spoiled it sounds of him. He never said anything about that bottled-up bitterness, though - he just grew distant. It got even worse when, with California being relatively liberal, his parents saw certain displays of a different sexuality than they're used to and didn't approve of any of them. Alexander, being closeted, felt attacked when his parents spoke rudely of their gay neighbors. He never saw them the same way again.

Miscellaneous:

  • His little sister is the only person who knows he's bi, courtesy of his internet history. She accepts him though.
  • He's conscious of the way he looks because he has realized, liking guys, that some guys are downright disgusting. There are guys that have potential to be attractive to him, but seeing their sweat stains/hair where there should not be hair/dry skin make him think twice about them. And he doesn't want people to feel the same way about him.

Extra: I like writing and singing. And maybe drawing in class hours (in class hours specifically.)
