  That isn’t to say that she can’t feel anger, because when she does someone normally ends up crying or running away in shame. She’s very much a verbal angry person vs. a physical anger. She prefers to do things with words than violence, but she does know that sometimes words don’t do anything, like the war with Oztroja.

  Nidelia grew up in Sinderia in a royal family, the Sponze’s. She loved it, her parents were very loving and accepting of anything she wanted to do. She of course had servants doing her cooking and basic things for her like cleaning. When she was eleven she was asked by the royal court to help the prince, Eritio, learn to be a proper noble and how to act thus.
  
  This of course took work; the boy had always had a mind for fighting, but didn’t seem to have much going for him in the line of politics, this made setting him up to be a noble a challenge. He wasn’t very good at sitting still and putting on a smile, even for her, but the smiling bit of course came easier to him than the latter, which she always pointed out to him that it meant that there was hope for him yet. She was a very kind and loving girl, always being encouraging to Eritio, even when he really messed something up. She would tell him during times like that that since he recognized he’d done something wrong, that meant he could fix it.
  
  It wasn’t until the attacks from Oztroja started that Nidelia realized who she was as a person. They were receiving constant reports from the villages of what was coming, and when the king refused to do anything about it, this upset her. She packed her things and left the kingdom of Sinderia.
  
  She made her way south, into the desert, wandering aimlessly, as she had no idea what was drawing her there. Once she was so far into the desert she came upon a cave, where she took shelter to recover from the sun and the heat, and fell asleep. As she slept she had a vision of the goddess Bastet. Bastet is the Egyptian goddess of war and protection.
  
  She spent many nights consulting the goddess, and soon the goddess helped her create a vision to stop Oztroja and save the clans. Whether this vision was going to succeed or not was a different question, but she was going to try. She returned to the outer villages of the Sinderian border and recruited workers and everything to start hollowing out the cave she had found, along with building a city.
  
  It has been three years, and she now has a bustling society of people, along with an amassing army to take against Oztroja full force. She is merely biding her time and waiting for the best moment to strike.

She hates not being free to do as she pleases and will dig in her heels if she feels there is a reason to do so.

  combat skills: being a draconian means she can fight with tooth and claw, her scales turn away poorly aimed projectiles and she can use a short sword.

  Combat: she can't wear armour, getting caught too easily in it and she has poor aiming with projectiles and her scales cant deflect a well aimed shot from arrows or other projectiles and heavy hits will stagger her.
  
  
  Vices: she tries to avoid them but she can get defensive over her hoard of books, not letting anyone take one unless it is a extreme emergency.
  
  
  Magical: her firebreath only lasts for a minute and goes to a foot before she needs to rest and she needs to eat oil to help her fire revive due to not secreting it like a normal draconian. And hiding her scales for more than an hour is exhausting and can cause serious damage to them.

  the night is dark and the carnival is going wild, the queen, king and the prince of Oztroja are watching the show. They had Lions leaping and birds of prey swooping around, a few draconians were letting loose their fire breaths while women in barely nothing danced around the flames. The queen was entranced with one of the draconians, he had an odd silvery color that shifted and changed in the light gracing his scales and his eyes were like mini moons, she was smitten and he kept looking over at her. Later that night, as the king slept she got up and changed into something that would allow her to pass as a maid. As she changed she put on a revealing dress underneath her outfit and quietly did her hair.
  
  
  As she gets ready she reminisces about the night, how he had snuck a note to her, telling her to meet him outside. She finishes her makeup and grabs an illusion charm to prevent herself from being seen and goes and greets her new lover, throwing on a cloak to further hide herself from the night. The deeds and love that happened begat a child which the queen hid with illusion runes and magic.
  
  -seven months later-
  
  The queen sighed as she looked out the window into the courtyard, her favourite handservant holding a bundle, a child crying from within as they look at her sad to loose the child.
  
  
  The handservant bowed to the queen, having her orders and ran off covered in runes of concealment and speed, her goal to get the child to sinderia as quickly and stealthily as possible. The road was perilous but she didnt stop, they hadnt been caught leaving and it was a straight shot. The queen had decided to not reveal the child to anyone except her handservant and a midwife that had mysteriously disappeared afterwards to prevent rumours, the servant knew that her end would come if she returned, was caught or succeeded, this would be her last orders no matter what. As she rode into Sinderia she paused and closes her eyes, taking in deep breaths as she approached the orphanage to deliver the child. The queen named her Lark as a symbol of her freedom and she was adopted at the age of two from the orphanage and raised with a draconian father and a human mother. They loved her as their own and did everything they could to teach her and to give her love and compassion, but they still raised her as balanced as they could and they loved each other immensely.
  
  Three years ago Oztroja attacked her village, slaughtering almost everyone, the blood spilled around the streets as people either fought or hid from the forces of the Oztroja army. Trying to escape Lark fell and hit her head, blacking out for a few hours and as she was out the fight ended, people either captured, unconscious, hiding or dead. As she looked around, she saw a young woman standing in the ruins of the town, the fire dancing across her skin and black hair and a man, an Oztrojan soldier, injured but silent sneaked up on her, she managed to get up and throw a rock from the nearby rubble to distract the man, with a shout to alert the other woman, thus saving her life and ending the soldiers. That's how Lark met Nidaliah, became the right hand woman of the shaman and slowly learned how to weild a sword along with her natural abilities to become the half draconian she is today.

His arms were injured, so he wears two exoskeleton-like steam powered arms to help him move as well, as providing him with a weapon in combat. He has inhuman strength as well as the ability to generate electricity like a battery. He’s fast and sneaky, which is why he was a scout for the Oztroja clan.
  
  
  Weaknesses: If his exo arms are damaged he can’t use them. Tristam can be easily bribed into things if it might hurt his or those he ‘loves’ saftey. He aslo will do certain things for pay (depending on what it is). He can be hurt like any ol’ human mortal thing. He has a thing against sly cunning and dishonest people. Especially flirty ones.

  Tristam lived a normal life as a Townie, until he was old enough to leave his house. He wanted to become a carpenter or a steam mechanic; but his Dad had other plans. His father was a general in Oztroja’s military and helped enlist his son; which Tristam didn’t really appreciate. He was a military scout for the Oztroja clan. During a specific mission, Tristam saved his friend from a collapsing building, crippling both his arms. With his father’s help and a doctor's visit, they made Tristam new exo-arms to help him regain his movement. His father said Tristam should’ve left his friend. Tristam shouldn’t had risked himself like that, his father explained. Tristam started to question Oztroja motives and plotted to escape his job before he had to ‘take someone out’. He didn’t like war all that much. Though he did make good friends, he had to leave. This was wrong. Tristam felt it in his gut. Oztroja was the bad guys. He escape and now lives in hiding as a wanted criminal. He assumed that no one would want a ‘steamy’ in there clan, so he resorted to living on the run. Until, he found his way in a Hilendrix camp.

  Personality: Hokusai has a rather abrasive, frank personality. He has only just just started trying to emulate standard human thinking and mannerisms, so he is clumsy with his words and manners. Raised in purely fighting, he lacks other kinds of training. His mind is strong in a purely martial sense, from thinking for years on the manner of war. He isn't afraid to voice his opinion. His temper is like that of a hawk, seeking opponents when at their weakest. He confronts his problems directly and bluntly. He is unfamiliar with emotions, as one of the codes the Bushin follow is that sentimental emotions are not needed for those who seek strength and the Bushin commit themselves fully to the "martial path" in order to purge themselves of unwanted emotions. His free time is spent meditating to hone his mind in fighting or training. He has been known to fight wild animals and cut down trees with swings of his glaive. He has no form of tactical thinking or conversational skills, as his childhood had none of it. When fighting in a battle, he enters a deep trance taught to all of the Bushin. They blank their thoughts and synchronise their breath their body, becoming aware of their surroundings and the energy around it. While some Bushin flow with the energy and dance in this trance, Hokusai fights it with pure destructive force. His speed and skill with the glaive are powerful from his constant training with it.   • Extreme Strength. His mixture of natural ability and pure training and dedication to fighting makes him a terror in combat. Also thus rather resistant, though obviously is still rather human and not a god.
  • Bushin: He has no magic, though something close to it gained from simply being awesome. When fighting in a battle, he enters a deep trance taught to all of the Bushin. The blank their thoughts and synchronise their breathing with the rest of their body, becoming aware of their surroundings and the energy around it. While some Bushin flow with the energy and dance in this trance, Hokusai fights it with pure destructive force. His speed and skill with the glaive are powerful from his constant training with it. His raw strength in hand to hand is also high due to his training, however he has no experience with any other weapon. He’ll swing whatever he's given with tremendous force, though it may not be usable after a battle.

  • No Magic: He has absolutely zero talent for manipulating the elements. He won’t even be able to light a candle and his talent in wind magic is him blowing out of air out of his mouth like literally any person can.
  • Dunce: In anything that isn’t combat, he really just does not have the know how. The only reason he isn’t a complete utter madman from the get go was due to the lecturing the woman gave him, such that he has some level of morality. Don’t expect anything particularly insightful out of him.

  Hokusai was born with no name. A war orphan in times of strife, he has no knowledge of his parents. All he knows is that he was as a child picked up by a small secretive group of Draconians known as The Bushin (God of Military Arts). A Bushin is someone who secludes themselves from society and dedicates their life to achieving the pinnacle of a "path". All their warriors were nameless and known as Bushin by name. As they are all seeking different "paths", some do so alone while others do so as a group living together. As Bushin apply themselves to continuously honing and refining a "martial path", the Bushin here learnt to fight after becoming old enough to train alone. As a Bushin, fighting was all he did. He fought for his food by attacking convoys and would attack armies to hone his skills. He became renowned as a skilled killer known for his powerful sweeping attacks and keen instincts. Within time, he was feared in his area. Known as a Bushin, that was his name. Currently he is on his path which in his case, is alone. Almost like a warrior pilgrimage, he seeks challenges of the world. The only sentimental feeling he once had was one time when he took down an entire mini army and while recovering from it, was cared for by a shrine maiden at a a lonesome temple at the edge of the mountains. This woman cleaned the man's wounds and healed him from his injuries. In the month it took for him to heal fully, she would engage in discussion with him about near everything. At first, the Bushin did not respond at all, merely listening. After time, he would question various things she said. As a man only in war, he knew nothing about how to live in any other way. During this month period in healing, this woman taught him the principle of humans, valuing life and not mindlessly killing. She explained to him foreign concepts such as justice and simply not fighting. The Bushin would try to grasp these concepts, attempting to learn them. In one sense, he was like a very old child, where a large part of the world was unknown to him. It was also this woman that gave him the name of Hokusai. After he healed, the Bushin began training again. This included meditation to hone his thoughts taught by the woman and cutting trees with simple swings, which she said scared her. Fear was an unknown concept to the Bushin, so he couldn't understand this. By 3 months he was in his full dangerous self again, though with some human knowledge. Once again he set out, though now with the changed course to explore, where he met Nidelia, who saw potential in this lump of muscle.

  He carries a Glaive/Guan Dao, as shown in the pictures. Inherited by the Bushin he grew up with. Forged from some unknown dragon forged material close to a strong metal, it remains constantly sharp and is ridiculously hard to break. Quite ominous, almost as if seeking for blood.

  Race: Savage Orc
  
  Personality: As befitting of the leader of Hilendrix warriors, Rangor is a level-headed, tactically-oriented man. Having a tendency to be serious and all business, he tries his best to keep his work (and his temper) out of day to day conversation, if ever. Savage Orcs like him are notorious for their anger issues, but he seems to have mellowed as the years pass him by. Rangor has a habit of relying on his judgment alone and not the input of others. His judgment, however, has preserved the wholeness of the Hilendrix against the world, so maybe he does have something going for him.

  Eyes: Green, predatory, hooded eye, notice the singular. His left eye is completely missing, leaving a hollow socket which sometimes glows red.

  Body Type: Masculine, burly, battle-hardened
  
  Marks/Special abilities: Replacing his left eye is a haunting glow that burns red. It may be magical in nature, but it doesn’t help him see any better, that’s for sure.

  Powers/Strong Points: All Orcs are or will become great warriors. Rangor is absolutely no exception. He is a mastermind brute, capable of overpowering his enemy through brute force or tactical genius. Numerous victories in the Hilendrix name would not have been possible without his guidance and expertise and unlike most generals, he is not one to shy away from leading the frontline himself. One of his signature physical abilities is skin that is highly resistant to but the strongest of strikes, thus giving him the nickname Stone-Skin.
  
  Weaknesses: A warrior, unfortunately has to make some sacrifices. Rangor was never educated in the simpler, more civilized things in life such as reading, writing and other things considered basic to the average adult. He is also markedly stubborn, flat-out refusing to try anything unless he is sure it works and can benefit the whole of his people. Also, given the lack of a left eye, he is completely incapable of depth perception and sometimes forgets he is missing an eye, making him act clumsy-like.

  Born in the deepest hollows of the jungle, Rangor was born into a small Savage Orc tribe, living on their own away from the world. It is speculated that they had survived the whole ordeal that brought the world into this mess, but that was merely heresay. As per the tribe custom, he was trained to be as hunter-warrior to both sustain the tribe and to protect it from all threats. Such a threat was an Oztroja warband, come to monger power and cause destruction (not actually their goal, but it happened all the same).
  
  The Orcs and the Oztrojans both fought valiantly, Rangor not an exception to be sure, but in the end, no one could claim to be the victor. The invading party were routed and yet the village, Rangor’s own, was no more. So many had fallen in the defense; victims included his family, his childhood sweetheart and his left eye. The survivors had no choice but to scatter.
  
  Rangor himself gathered a few of his brethren and created a manhunting party, dedicated to make the Oztrojans pay for their crimes. They roamed the land, seeking out those who had wronged their tribe and slew them with their guerrilla tactics. Years they spent in their quest of vengeance until one day, they happened across a young girl with a friendly face and a protective zeal. She too was opposing these warmongering Oztroja and offered the wandering savages sanctuary. Rangor found it best to accept this gracious offer and in turn offered to lead her warriors’ charge.

He comes off to others as giving the cold shoulder and doesn't care. He is very protective of his hoard, and anyone he loves, so much so that sometimes he smothers them. And despite being quiet, he will get quite loud when it comes to his beliefs and opinions, so watch out, because he'll gladly back up his claims.

  Marks/Special abilities: He has Draconian symbols tattooed onto and all over his back, which he keeps covered by his shawl. His wing span is 6'0 when they're spread, and they read down to around the back of his knees.

  Powers/Strong Points: Super Strong - Due to having mostly Draconian blood, he's stronger than the average mortal, and can do a lot more lifting than other's.
  
  High Stamina - He's able to keep doing things longer than most before he gets tired.
  
  Fire Specialty - He specializes in using Fire magic, and can also utilize the fire he breathes to cause all kinds of havoc. Due to being mostly Draconian, he can still breathe fire without any assistance.
  
  Weaknesses: His hoard - He hoardes specifically rare gemstones, which also makes them all that more tempting for someone to steal, but do so at your own risk, because stealing a Dragon's hoard sends them into a blind rage that makes them unable to control their actions.
  
  Lustful - While he has a firm belief in love, he also does have a want to have some time with a woman once in a while, just to enjoy himself.
  
  Feral Tendancies - Due to being raised as a wild Draconian in the jungle, he's used to having no societal restraints. He's been known to accidentally leave his home without dressing, or even starting a fight over a woman, so forth and so forth.

  Orniol was born to a human and Draconian, but came out mostly Draconian. His father was a wild Draconian living in the jungles beyond the mountains surrounding the Clans, but one day his father had wandered into the territory of one of the clans and met a young human woman who gave him a place to stay for a while. When his father found out his mother was with child, he said he would stay, but when the child was born he intended to take the child and leave back to the jungle.
  
  The mother tried to convince him to stay, but to no avail. And true to his word, Orniol's father took him to the jungle away from the clans for many years. Raising him to be a feral wild Draconian, even if he was only half. His father's tribe of Draconian's viewed him as an outsider and treated him as thus, until he came of age and his father told him of his heritage. He then left and returned to the clans to try to find his mother, but never did find her. In the process of returning however, he was rescued from an Oztrojan attack on a village that he'd happened to be in, and he was taken into the Hilendrix clan, where he nows resides.
