Bio or History:
Issho was born into a family of mercenaries the type of people to do the dirty work the empire didn't want to do or even solders for hire, fact compared to the rest of his family his parents were lucky all of his family have been killed by the same thing its kind of his lets rephrase that it WAS kind of his families secrete. Years ago his grand father found a strange heart with a knife in it turns out that was a teigu ever since then his family have been looking for a person who can survive the test of the teigu since its killed over thirty people so far, however that was about to change. One day his parents were out on a mission they had been paid for and Issho decided to wonder about into a place he was told never to go to where the teigu resided at this point he was aged fifteen seeing a strange thing with a knife in it Issho thought it was food so he ate it, the moment he did his parents seemed to arrive back and checked that room first to find Issho coughing up blood they thought that he would be the next victim of the teigu but truth is that was just the way for it to integrate with the body as it basically switched the heart of the two between the ultra-class beast and Issho.
The next day Issho awoke much to his parents surprise as they thought he was dead mostly due to the darkness over his body and the fact that he was frozen. Truth is that since his body no longer pumped the same blood as before his body would feel freezing until his heart and the beast were one which happened to same day. Issho's parents began to annoy him telling him off for going in that room so using his new found powers he crushed them by manipulating the gravity to enough force to crush their bones its not like they would be missed except by their clients but Issho had a new plan to take over their job so at fifteen his mercenary life began doing all of the jobs better than his parents ever did.
When he was 17 he got a massive offer by the rebel army one that he couldn't turn down mostly because they guessed he was worth he money after all more and more rumors went around about the one called Issho, and well the things weren't pretty but at this point that's what the rebel army needed someone to strike fear into their foes and what better way than to break several bones on a person at once.

Imperial Arms:
Jūryoku rasshu (Gravity rush):
It takes the appearance of simply darkness covering over half of his body. To gain this power he had to eat the heart of a Ultra-class beast like how Demon's extract was put into a chalice, Jūryoku rasshu simply had a knife in it, the more the user ate the stronger his power but the more the user ate the more obvious that he ate it. Eating the heart course the user to essentially switch heart with the ultra-class beast taking on parts of its blood cells changing some of the users skin color.
His Teigu grants him the ability to manipulate gravity around a chosen location at will by sending gravitational forces. The amount of gravitation force this teigu can produce is unknown buts its enough to crush steel with ease, or create a giant hole in the floor. With this ability they is a range disadvantage as he can only manipulate the gravity within ten steps of himself.
Trump card:
Its trump card gets rid of that ten steps range disadvantage upwards allowing the user to use his control over gravity to summon a meteor to fall from the sky, however because of the destructive power he dislikes to use it unless in a widely open area. He can summon up to three meteors at once before the strain on his body becomes too much.

Appearance -
Bio or History (Optional) - Shin was bred into fighting, taken in as a child by a wealthy & high status imperial family. He was pressed into combat training and over time became a weapon specialist (None - Teigu). Although he was adopted into this family he was also the only son they had, meaning once his father had died under mysterious means Shin had inherited the family’s title becoming one of the highest politicians in the Empire by the young age of 17. During Shin’s training he was often sent on hunts on the Revolutionary since the age of 7, since he was a child he could often catch the guards off guard killing them all of silently; which he managed a few times. He was often coming back critically injured and sometimes on the verge of death, It was often they had a medical squad ready for him once he came home, knowing what the outcome could be by sending him on these trips, also continuing his training Shin also was taught literature, politics & geography becoming a confident speaker publically, he was able to make wise decisions which had often worked in his favor by a young age often making him the latest talk and becoming popular at a pretty young age he had quickly become a large asset in both military & politics. As he turned fifteen he was given a Teigu known as “Wind’s Grace” where he had ingested a piece of a Danger Beast, as a result he had gained two breezelike tattoo’s on his arms, After this he progressively grown stronger as he discovered more of his Teigu, now at the age of eighteen he believes himself almost unstoppable, using his ‘main’ weapon (A scythe) & his Teigu as a combination that he finds almost flawless.

Ability : Elemental
Power : Much like the Ice Demon's Extract & Fire Dragon's Extract this Teigu gives it's user the power over the Wind allowing the user to control all wind within the Area. Unlike the other two as Wind is everywhere the user Cannot procreate the substance. The user can make Tornado's of A Destructive, High winds/ Razor winds that can tear apart just about anyone. The user can bend hot & Cold winds to make mirages, or even appear to be invisible as well as Increase Friction in the area making it hard for people to move.
Special Ability : Pressure Zone- much like Esdease this Trump card requires the utmost focus and Concentration to use it for it's full power and quickly drains one's Stamina the user gains the ability to Control gravity temporarily The user can use this ability as long as their Stamina can remain. However after the use of this ability however the user is un-capable of activating the Trump card for 24 hours.
Appearance: Once the user ingests the Piece of the Danger beast this Teigu is made of. The user gains two Air like Tattoo's Swirling up each arm almost looking like a breeze.
Weakness: The biggest weakness to this Teigu is the user is usually quick to deplete their Stamina which results in short usages of the Trump Card.

Shin has almost no care for politics, he only seeks his own fortune & luxury not caring of others goals or lifestyles.
