Realistic or Modern Agoraphobic woman x pen pal

I was recently diagnosed with agoraphobia.
I find the phobia immensely inconvenient, but also fascinating in the most peculiar way.
For some reason, I feel like I'll feel better if I can write out the feelings.
So, I'd like to write about a plot involving an agoraphobic woman with a pen pal she has yet to meet due to her fear.
I'd strongly prefer the role of the agora.
The concept is the two met on an anxiety based forum.
They struggle with different types of anxiety or personality disorders.
