Denton's Guide to Victory
1: Keep your friends close, keep your enemies closer
2: Assume 90% percent all your friends are also enemies or the least have a solution to keeping them in line and as blind as possible.
3: Never build a completely fool proof plan. The universe is chaotic and random. A plan should be infinitely adaptable and constantly evolving on the fly.
4: Humans, monsters, gods, and whatever else aren't all so different. They all have their own psychology. Everyone has loved ones, hopes, dreams, worries, desires. All can be exploited from an assaulting and defensive position.
5: No man is made of stone, but it is best to let people believe that you are.
6: Losing is part of life. Accept it. Appreciate it. A loss will teach far more than a victory.
7: Never let your losses show on your face if it at all possible. Remember, if you're not dead then fuck it...you won.
8: Keep your loved ones close to your heart and keep the mission on your mind.

Lix is dead temporarily. He was active earlier, didn't post much if at all. Florida has a deactivated Sam with him and Ex working on a post together. And Quentin and Vivian haven't added input yet. Not sure what Aria is doing and App and Clayton write their own check.

To be fair I don't think it is so bad Denton has plans to kill most of his teammates in case wig out or go rogue in the...'go full monster' sense. Nor do I think it is indicative of him seeing everyone as expendable. It's a last resort. Failsafe. He didn't even pull any when him and Owl went at it in Arc 2. He also warned Kotsu about Owl's prodding, agreed to assist the Joes in having freedom, and is helping with this whole memory dive thing.
I mean come on.
The team is extremely powerful in terms of raw firepower. Not to mention questionable stability of Camille, Kotsu. Quentin roaming around with a fire demon inside him. Owl's constant scheming. It'd be stupid not to have a few things in your back pocket.
Precautions are wise. Plans of attacks that can be executed swiftly. It's like a jacket. It is better to have it and not need it, then need it and not have it.
