Personality: If ever there were a Death Trooper that could reintegrate into galactic society without a hitch, it would be Aeolus. While he's more than capable of maintaining a semi-professional attitude towards his Imperial Officers, Aeolus Linares is a friendly individual, willing to help his squad in any way he can and is someone you can go to if you need something off your chest, believing that a high morale can help extremely well and that a close-knit group that trusts each other can accomplish anything. His outward nature also extends to how he handles combat situations, choosing to subdue and wound unless it's stated that the targets must be terminated, which, of course, is far more often than he may like to admit. He in no way accepts civilian casualties and refuses to shoot someone who's unarmed, even if it's a target, as he believes in at least dying with a gun in your hand instead of being put on your knees and shot like a hound. Of course if a mission calls for stealth and you're armed, well...it's your own fault for ending up in a Death Trooper's sights.

Skill Set: Aeolus has an astounding understanding of how blasters and vibro weapons work, being able to, with the right materials, adjust a weapon to fit the user's need. This was particularly helpful when it came to adjusting his blasters to consider civilians, where he'd configure them to be as accurate as possible. He is skilled in terms of mid-range combat and Close-Quarters-Combat while he's a rather poor sniper, having next to no training in this field. His mechanical skills extend to droids, though only to a degree to where he can fix them as droids are far more difficult to reconfigure than weapons and he's been known to have a droid he's fixing break down completely due to his failure to summon the knowledge on a particular part. He is working on expanding his knowledge of this. As for his piloting...if you plan on smashing into the ground, he's your guy. If you want whatever you flew in on to be flyable when you arrive, don't let him near the controls unless your only other option is an amputee with no limbs whatsoever to operate them and you yourself are unable to hold them up to let them tap their nose on the buttons.

Background: Aeolus worked as part of a corporation's security personnel for 5 years before his acceptance into the Imperial Academy. Aeolus' training in the Imperial Academy began after a recommendation from his Security Officer, which, while it didn't carry much weight on it's own, came with a holo-recording where his "cunning and daring" (luck and recklessness) had caused what would've been an utter loss at the hands of pirates to be a slow, but steady victory, with Aeolus' marksmanship and rallying managing to pull together the remaining guards and some employees to pull it together, making use of an effective choke point until the Security Officer arrived with back-up and took over the situation, forcing the pirates into a retreat and arresting some who could not get out fast enough. Finding his abilities to their standards, they accepted him into the Imperial Academy on Eriadu. Aeolus continued to excel at his classes, though his obedience was somewhat dodgy at times, and one of his instructors noted his willingness to connect and aid other students, and his class overall showed good promise as a team overall. Aeolus himself never took control of his class during the drills, though, as it turned out that, while he could inspire, he could not very well lead, stumbling several times and getting his classmates punished often until the class agreed to let someone more capable lead. While this hurt his reputation, he was later moved to Stormtrooper training as his skills continued to go above and beyond and was, years later, trained as a Death Trooper, his relatively positive attitude surviving the ordeal through a strong will to not let his environment influence him.

I like him! But ummm, you didn't include his age and I can't see his reference image.

Unless it's just the armor!

Not gonna lie, I was lowkey hoping it actually was helmets all the way down.

I just unironically used 'lowkey' in a sentence like that. Welp. Time to kill myself. Bye bye.
