Confidence is Everything
People are pretty amazing creatures on their own, they've created thousands of things from ordinary resources like stone, wood or metal. however some people have more -ahem- unusual abilities. The people that have these abilities which surpass normal human capabilities are called the Gifted, deviants, meta-humans, unusuals, etc. Many of them are being hunted because of many different reasons, envy, the thrill of the hunt, or simply because of fear of their abilities.
Today Gifted exist alongside normal people, most of them living peaceful lives, however, if a Gifted is born, they are marked by the authorities, so they can be aware of their powers. As Gifted are generally looked down upon by the general public, many of them hide their powers from others.
Our story takes place in the academy for the supernaturally gifted, a 'school' where people are coupled up to train together. With many living in the domitories. This school offers a safe haven for any Gifted that attend.
The story begins on the first of september, where our new students gather at the schoolyard for a brief introduction to eachother.
