Anime & Manga Abridged Series(es?)(i?) Discussion

Well, the first season of SAO Abridged by Something Witty Entertainment has come to an end.
Through watching this series, I realized that that abridged series rivals the original in a few places, and surpasses it in most.
And it's true that not all abridged series(es)(i) are created equally.
So, what are your thoughts on abridged serieses in general, on certain abridged seriesi, or anything related to them, really?

Abridged series are the greatest thing since the actual show they came from. I like to think of them as really long crack videos that are all connected together.

I wouldn't watch these if you're planning to watch any of these animes in the future though I don't think they have many spoilers

His "x" character plays were funny too. Yami plays fallout was the best

DBZ Abridged, Hellsing Abridged are fun times all around.

Definitely DBZ Abridged... and you should watched the show Ghost Stories. When they dubbed it into English, they pretty much had full reign to do whatever they wanted to the show bc it tanked so bad in Japan. The script writers and voice actors did NOT disappoint. When you watch it, it seriously is like enjoying a high-budget abridged series lmao

I don't watch many abridged series but my favorites are the Hellsing, SAO and Soul Eater abridged.
