The Crimson Knight
Name: Abaddon Odium (most call him Abbas as a nickname)

Age: Abbas is 22, young for an immortal, and he's only spent 3 years of his life as a Hunter.

Personality: Abbas is one of the few Hunters in existence that manages to reign in his hunger for souls. He tries to be a good person, and helps out when he can. He's got a bit of a wit, and he's more than a little cynical due to his situation, but considering his roots, he's at home telling jokes and drinking in a tavern almost as much as a mortal. He likes to live his life as similar to the way it was when he was a mortal as he can, as he believes it helps him hold back the corruptive dark matter in his soul and reminds him of what it was like to be human.
Backstory: Abbas grew up in a settlement on the very edge of the badlands, one of the last stops at the frontier. His parents owned a book store, and as such, Abbas is well read. He trained with the sword from the age of fourteen, as he wished to be a guardsmen for his town. Just a bit before Abbas turned nineteen, a Hunter swept through his town, killing everyone but Abbas and devouring their souls. In order to take vengeance on this Hunter and never be too weak to protect those he cared for again, Abbas begin devouring the souls of murderers and bandits until he became a Hunter in his own right. As Abbas forces himself to only feed on the souls of the wicked, his growth as an immortal is slower than most, though killing the occasional weaker proto-Hunter and devouring their soul does help to even things out. Abbas has only clashed with one real immortal before, another hunter, and a weak one at that. He barely survived, but was all the stronger for it. Abbas has, as of yet, managed to maintain his policy of not killing innocents, though the struggle to control himself worsens each day. He craves power, but is afraid of it as well, because he is not sure if he is willing to pay the price... or if he can stop himself from doing so.
