Standing at a mere 5'6'', he's considered fairly short for a man especially at his age. He constantly bleaches his hair, leaving it dry and damaged and it isn't hard to notice it. He claims to bleach it to keep it white on his own accord rather than because of his Threads. He usually wears fairly European clothing, opting to keep his attire a bit more fancy than what the average Weaver might wear. It may keep him from doing the splits, something he's never actually been able to do, but he claims it makes him feel safer than baggy clothing. His eyes are a light brown, mainly because he can't bleach his eyes. Otherwise they'd be just as white as his hair. Because of his "bleach addiction" he often smells of the substance.
Personality:
Aaron is quite the peculiar man, though he does his best to hide how strange he really is by shutting himself in his office whenever he needs to. He cares for his Weavers, though despite that he has had multiple occasions where he's caused harm to them - both physical and mental. Not many know him well enough to be able to guess his next move, though most know to steer clear of him when he's having a bad day. Other than that, he's a mystery.
Mental State:
Diagnosed with schizophrenia, often remains off his medication.
Background:
Not too much is known of his background, though what is known is that he came from a distant family who didn't much care for nurturing mental disorders. To simplify it, his parents were against the idea of their son having a mental illness, choosing to ignore it rather than face it. He approached John Castillo, a rich and powerful owner of an energy company. With his surprising idea of mimicking the Reapers' abilities, Weave came together with the help of a couple of their contacts. He handed his idea over to the new Head of Research and settled down as the Head of Tactical Affairs and Security, finding that he could use his mental illness as an advantage for the base. He and Revnoir Kayrouz also have a long and fairly complicated past, neither of them quite enjoying each others' company.
Quirks or Special Traits:
Is often paranoid of others trying to kill him, something caused by his schizophrenia. Because of his paranoia he often watches his surroundings like a hawk. If he suspects someone of planning an attempt on his life he won't hesitate to attack them before they can carry out their plan. He also tends to stand or sit in strange positions, which he usually plays off as "just comfortable."
