Fantasy A Reaper's Shadow RP Page

Allie glanced around the lobby of the hotel in amazement. She had found her way here by accident after wandering through an abandoned library and an empty Baskin Robbins. Unfortunately, there was no ice cream. Biggest disappointment of her dead life so far. But now she had made it to the Kaipora Hotel. It was glitzy, a place of wonder that didn't quite fit with modern visions of beauty. But the whole place was extraordinary none the less.

-Skolas-

The Shade of a Reaper merely followed the others silently into the Taxi and to the destination: A Hotel, accompanying his Subjects closely, which was easy considering he could float in the air.

"At times, I wish this place was a lot more...occupied, lively, as it were." He mused to himself, as he detested a lack of activity in...well, anything, especially from allies, Subjects or anything people-wise, because he could not stand laziness or procrastination. At all, not now or ever.

A city... Why the heck were they in a city? Maybe this was the afterlife or something like that. Bailey obediently followed Dylan, not really thinking since his mind went blank. Suconsciously, many thoughts were running through his head. They were in a fuckin' city. He was dead. No, now he was kinda alive. A reaper was his partner now. Partner. Disposable partner? In this unusual city. City... He thought he died in a forest. Gah! He couldn't remember.

Bailey only took note of the man who was in the elevator talking to Dylan, registering him as a potential human. Or a reaper. He seemed more human though. Now that he could actually hear the conversation, his awareness slowly came back to him. Oh, now he was in an elevator in a building. And this guy's name was Aragorn. What a weird name. The dead, now revived, teenage boy ignored the man to stare at the elevator door, contemplating on what would come next.

Jihikai watched the new arrivals from the uppermost point of the hotel. She listened quietly to their banter and questions of the other reapers before letting out a sigh. "I wonder if this new batch likes to play." Jihikai slips through a shadow and into the stairwell and slides down the banister which shoots her out the stairway doors and into the lobby landing her on her back at Skolas's feet looking up at him. "Morning Skolas, may I suggest the Elevator or the stairs and not the banister" lays there smiling up at Skolas

Chris withdrew from the shake, unable to judge how well the supernatural being had taken the joke. Not a position he found himself in on a regular basis, talking to a supernatural being. A teenage boy entered the elevator and turned to stare at the doors as they closed, without a word and barely a look in his direction. Wasn't someone feeling special today. He barely stopped himself from commenting out loud, and instead resolved to wait peacefully, while staring a passive-aggressive hole in the back of the teen's head.

Dylan stared at the new reaper's sudden entrance, pursing his lips. "Morning, Jihikai." He called out casually with a wave as if such events were the daily routine in their schedule. After pulling Bailey in with a slight tug, he suddenly kicked the elevator wall rather loudly, cupping his hands to his mouth. "If nobody else enters this elevator, you'll have to wait for the next one, and it's a very, long ride." The young teen yelled at the lobby, getting impatient with the rest of the reapers. Despite seeming like such an impulsive act, he actually had a reasoning for it. Splitting into miniature groups would be a terrible idea and would simply delay them as a whole. Gathering them all in one place on their way to locations would certainly help them reach their goals faster.

He could feel a hole burning in his head. It was annoying. Bailey twitched when he heard a voice from above, and almost growled as he was tugged by his reaper. What were these reapers anyway? As long as it didn't involve putting himself in danger, he wouldn't mind. Man, he wanted to cook now. Maybe he could go pick some targets after this.
