850 pixel limit on the profile cover

Hi! Recently I have tried to upload a profile cover. The website said it was not 850 pixels in width, so I edited it in photoshop and tried to re upload it. Unfortunately it still says the same thing. Any help?

Also, what is the file type you're trying to upload? .JPG? .PNG? Etc.

Mmmm, that's what I thought.


What that error means is 850px minimum width, not maximum. xD


If I'm not mistaken, JPG should be fine (though I've been using PNG).

This is the kind of width you're looking for.


I would recommend checking the dimensions of what you're using in a program like Paint, if you can.
