Personalty: enjoys his wealth, over protective, cold, loves profit, is serious, gets irrationally angry, and hates when people don't pay him.


Bio: Back when the city was in the palm of the mafia's hand his father had been in control, but as time went on the Mafia moved to the back burner of society's interest. And it was a good thing too, now with the police less on their tail than before they can operate more efficiently, most of their business though is still conducted underground, or on the deep web. Xavier believes it is one of the deep web deals he did that turned sour is the reason his wife was killed. Since then he has tried everything to get back at the man (or men) who took his love away from him. He spent well over a million dollars on hiring people but so far no luck. Xavier trusts his son to take over this hunt, and the 'family business' when he's gone, seeing how he doesn't trust his daughter even with a pair of plastic safety scissors.
