Yeah you read that right. I'm in a 40k mood and one of my biggest problems with the franchise is the utter bleakness of it all. Luckily, in a fan RP, one can mitigate that somewhat and what better way than the power of love?
So ideally what I was thinking was playing as one of the Astartes and have him falling for an Eldar woman despite himself. However I realize this is quite literal heresy in context, that's part of the star crossed lovers drama, but if that is too much simply a normal human can be an option.
