In a world where magic runs rampant, so it is that darkness has formed because of it. Although there are many who use magic for the good of things, there are many magical creatures and humans alike that use it against others, greedy for power or money. Because of this, a dark alliance of Dark Masters, as the dark magic bourn are called, has spread across the kingdoms.

Kingdoms are beginning to separate within themselves, groups of people what side to take, who to support, how to act about this darkness spreading. Dw

arves, elves, humans, wizards, and endless numbers of other mythical creatures realize there is an even greater force, bigger than any mortal being, that is said to have caused this chaos. This immortal soul's followers have been showing up more frequently, attacking a many and killing many others.

The creature called Destineit has for told a prophecy full of grief and loss for the seven kingdoms, telling them if they do not do something about this darkness spreading, it will soon take over the kingdoms, separating the people and destroying it forever. That immortal soul, that powerful god, is really the choices that beings are choosing to make as more are bourn with magic in them.

Each kingdom has a different take on this, and although most are relatively at peace, most royal families are unwilling to be vulnerable enough to trust wholly unto every other kingdom in order to fight the power to stop his from darkness spreading.

THE SEVEN KINGDOMS
  1. PENDRAGON: Prince Arthur, his intolerant father, and his loyal band of knights (which include Sir Morien, Sir Ulric, and many others [OPEN]). There is a royal Court as well as a Court Physician and her apprentice. Trustworthy and loyal people consisting of mostly farmers, merchants, and blacksmiths. There is no magic or sorcery allowed in this Kingdom at the present time as Arthur's father King Harold states. Although this is the law and there are fatal punishments for magic folk, there are always magic folk everywhere, only fewer in this kingdom if they can help it.

2. ELORIA: Consists of a peaceful yet unyielding queen with a daughter Princess Alanya and a son Prince Reynaldo, both intuitive and like their late father in stubbornness. A strongly connected people that includes many monks, druids, traders, and scholars. There are mostly magic and non-magic humans that dwell here but there are dwarf crafters of many things and other creatures that come and go for trade.

3. BALTIMORE: A lone king Alexander Baltimore with three daughters {Sage: "The Thinker." "Thyme: The Warrior". And Rosemary: "The Compromiser"}. His most

trusted ally, his political and military advisor, General Knight Sir Tribius Von Ulric, went back unto the battlefield once the King had fallen ill because of the Darkness spreading. The people are now fearful of the darkness threatening to invade the now weaker kingdom. All the royalty is human, but they are very tolerant of magical beings. The Kingdom will rest upon daughters, and kingdom's people value each of them for their intuition, strategy, and compassion.

4. WRITHSHADE: A warm-hearted and brave king, a strong queen, three sons (Prince Noah, Prince Kressar, and Prince X (OPEN)) and a daughter Princess Korite. Skills are ranging of great weapon makers and also many healers. They are known to be great allies in past wars and to not make an enemy of. They have a diverse range of farmers, merchants, and blacksmiths as well. Some of the population includes the Yesteu dwarves. They are well-known or their coal and jewels from mines.

5. EVERGLADES: This is a more diverse kingdom with a strong queen and king with magic in their genes, passed onto their only son Lyle James Everglade. They consist of many mythical creatures, including elves, druids, magic humans, dwarves, treefolk, nymphs, nixies, countless other mythical species and even a few grim dragons on the edge of the kingdom. Includes a king and his son, in trade well known for their jewels and stone from caves, as well as the abundance of lumber they possess. They hardly contact or trade with other kingdoms, as their country is rich with enough resources to make most things easily tradable within. This kingdom is stringent with rules on what land you may go on since there are many holy and scarce places for both human and mythical beasts here.

6. AUSTERE: This is a mysterious kingdom known to have a Lone Fae Queen and two water fae daughters by the name of Athena and Artemis. Among their most trusted allies is the royalty's very own holy and magic squires. Known to be in the trade for textiles and amazingly crafted thingamabobs from furniture to armor, their kingdom is filled with luxury materials and items that the fae in the land make into masterpiece objects. Many of people of magic here, and faery royalty comes with a great acceptance towards it.

7. YAN'THI: A kind of legendary and expansive kingdom that many people have different rumors about--who they trade with, how there are no arranged marriages, and yet whose royalty is all human. A king and frail queen, and their coming-of-age twins, a girl and a boy. Many famous mythical beasts dwell here, and it's very dangerous in some parts of the kingdom. There are also many businesses and walks of life here, such as merchants (Iantje Hani), traders, etc. Also, magic and non-magic folk are at discord, almost as if there were two different races. This is their weakness.

BALTIMORE CURRENT SITUATION

The Great Naga Offensive

Sound the alarm!

Life within Baltimore's borders has come to screeching halt. The vibrant Capital has now become the largest refugee camp in history as the army ushers in citizens from the many coastal villages. General Azzeede and his massive Naga army have made landfall and are slowly advancing towards the Capital. Baltimore has been in perpetual conflict with the Naga for generations, but this attack and the size of the attacking force is unlike anything the country has ever experienced. The King has dispatched dozens of couriers with orders to deliver a RFF (request for forces) to the leaders of various nations. The King is hopeful, but plans for none to respond.

To further exacerbate the dire situation, the ancient corruption is rumored to have returned from its extended rest. The King and his advisors' suspects this corruption has fueled the Naga and provoked them into attacking. Baltimore's martial forces and the Magi Brigade are hard at work warding the Capital's already tall walls and reinforcing weak points. Those suspected of corruption are quarantined in a separate building that is heavily warded against dark magic. The King has ordered a strict rationing program to be implemented immediately and all crime to be met with summary execution. The King views these measures as extreme yet necessary to protect his people.

The bedridden King, almost fully succumbed to his disease, is surrounded by his daughters, knights, and elected officials from the House of Representatives. A silent fear hangs in the hearts of all in the room. This fear is not of the Naga or the corruption. It is a fear for the King's life. The country is in a delicate and unstable place and the death of the King would usher in the next monarch. Queen Octavia Baltimore. The "Scalded One". The "Daughter of Fire". The "Thinker". Only Princess Rosaline The "Compromiser" could temper her sister's wrath and rage, but would it still be so once Octavia became Queen? Noone wanted to find out.
