[/div]He has naturally black hair, often cut in a short to medium cut. As a model, he will grow his hair out and allow the hair dressers on set to change what they want to suit the shoot. His favourite hair style he's had, however, was when they bleached his hair and toned it to silver. Sadly, he only had that hair for a couple of weeks before his next job needed him to dye his hair back to his original color.

[/div] Tae doesn't have any tattoos, but has thought about getting one in the past. He's afraid that by getting a tattoo, he won't get any modeling jobs as it would be a bother to cover or the photographers will think he's part of a gang.

Energetic and Enthusiastic – Tae often observes, forming new connections and ideas, and doesn’t hold back his tongue. Highly emotional – While emotional expression is healthy and natural (and Tae even considers it as a core part of his identity), it often can come out strongly enough to cause problems for him. Particularly when he’s under stress, criticism or conflict, Tae often experiences emotional bursts that are counter-productive at best.

Overthinks things – He doesn’t like to take things at face value – he likes to look for underlying motives in even the simplest things. It’s not uncommon for him to lose a bit of sleep asking himself why someone did what they did, what it might mean, and what to do about it.

Easily stressed – All this overthinking isn’t just for his own benefit – Tae is very sensitive, and care deeply about other’s feelings. A consequence of his popularity is that others often look to him for guidance and help, which takes time, and it’s easy to see why he sometimes gets overwhelmed, especially when he can’t say yes to every request. [div class=h1]Moving to Itaewon[/div]
Tae’s father, Marcus, was born in Russia. When his Umma, Soo-Young, visited Russia on a trip, she met Marcus and they say it was love at first sight. She was head over heels in love with him! They had a long-distance relationship for almost two years before Soo-Young moved to Russia to be married to her beloved Marcus. Marcus was then offered a new job opportunity in Uzbekistan. So, the pair of them moved and soon after, Soo-Young was pregnant with Tae-Won.

When the boy was four years old, Soo-Young’s mother was becoming very sick. Therefore, Soo-Young and Tae moved back to Itaewon, South Korea so Soo-Young could be a full-time carer for her mother while she was on her deathbed. Marcus didn’t move to Korea until Tae was six years old but would often visit. It was hard for Tae to adjust to different cultures, especially considering how he was half Korean. While living in Uzbekistan, they mostly spoke English or Russian. But moving to Korea, he was finding it hard to learn the native tongue despite his Umma’s help. He was able to finally grasp the language fluently by the age of seven.

[div class=h1]Meeting Sung-mi[/div]
Meeting Sung-Mi had been one of those life-changing experiences for Tae. Even though he had a very extroverted personality and had a lot of friends, he found himself without any close friends. It seemed like it was fate that day he decided to go up onto that roof that day. His Umma had just burnt some cakes which she had been cooking and the smell inside the apartment was revolting. To try and escape the stink that was causing his brain to throb, he decided to go up to the roof for some fresh air.

That’s where Sung-Mi was. Sure, they had met when they were much younger – babies, even. But it felt like he had never seen her by herself before and vice versa. Their mothers were always standing right behind them, breathing down their necks and watching their every move. It was nice to finally sit and talk to her. To this day, he can’t even remember what it was exactly he spoke about. Probably just some random rambling like he was good at doing. But, regardless, it was the beginning of their beautiful best friend relationship blossoming.

[div class=h1]Unlucky with love[/div]
All up, Tae has had about three official girlfriends. Unofficial? Well, that’s a completely different story. It seems that he is just one of those people who can’t find the right person. To make matters even worse, every single one of them have broken up with him. His first real official girlfriend was in high school; he had his first kiss with her and went as far as second base. She broke up with him when she was accepted into a college in America and didn’t think she was capable of long-distance.

Tae’s second official girlfriend was a model he had been working with. They ended up sneaking into a club and getting drunk together before they went back to her place. He lost his virginity to her that night, and they remained an item for three months. She ended up breaking up with him when she signed a new contract with an entertainment company that stated she wasn’t allowed to have any romantic relationships for the first three years of her traineeship.

Finally, his third girlfriend was a friend of a friend of his. She broke up with him because she discovered that he wasn’t a virgin anymore and said that she had always wanted a ‘pure’ husband. In her eyes, he was no longer pure.

In the midst of these girlfriends, there have been flings. He’s practically on a date almost every weekend, hoping that he’ll find the one. While he has many friends and people are forever telling him that he’s a catch and any girl would be crazy not to date him, he still seems to struggle to find that person for him.

[/div] [div class=h1]Umma and Appa - [/div]Soo-Young and Marcus (both fifty-five years old). Marcus has worked in the past as an official guard for the government. While living in South Korea, he has worked in the military with training new soldiers. Soo-Young is a photographer, which was how Tae began to get involved with modelling. She had photographed editorials and high-class companies, while also doing basic wedding and birthday party pictures also. Soo-Young is high in demand and always rushing around being snap-happy.

[div class=h1]An Sung-mi - [/div]His best friend in the whole world. She knows everything about him. Sometimes... a bit too much, to be honest. He tends to make mental notes to never get on her bad side because she has enough dirt on him to make his life into a living hell. She's like the little sister he's always wanted and feels comfortable enough to share everything with her. There are no secrets between these two. And if there was... well, it would have to be a pretty darn good one.

[div class=h1]Aimee - [/div]Tae's most prized possession in his life (sorry Umma, Appa and Sung-Mi!) - his beautiful Scottish Fold cat. Aimee is very cute and innocent - but get on her bad side and she'll give you a wicked bite. His favourite time of day is bedtime because Aimee likes to come and sit on his chest as he lies down and purrs. Oh, the ASMR is amazing.

Her parents argued a lot. Eventually, she decided that she didn't want to be in the house when it happened. She decided to sit up on the roof of their apartment building. Sitting alone made her think a lot. Sometimes good things, but a lot of the time her mind wandered to dangerous places when she was alone. Sung-mi had a mind full of negative comments from people she looked up to. One day she traveled up to the roof, expecting to be alone, but was surprised to see someone else there. A boy around her age. She recognized him as one of her mom's friend's son. They knew each other but they didn't really talk all that much. That changed that day. He became her best friend. Her parents got a divorce the summer after they met. Her and her mother continued to live alone. She legally changed her last name when she turned 17 from her father's name to her mother's. She doesn't have any contact with her father and likes it that way.
Sung-mi met her current boyfriend at college. She just graduated with a bachelor's in graphic design and an associates in business. Eun-sang is a majoring is history with the hopes of becoming a lawyer. They met through mutual friends. They have been dating for about 8 months. They have been on the rocks. Sung-mi wants to move forward in their relationship but it seems Eun-sang wants to keep things the way they are.
