Hellsing didn't follow the manga, yet the remake Hellsing Ultimate followed it very closely. I'd suggest you to watch it if you get the time. Also those long legs are terrifying. Tokyo Ghoul I have read almost all the mangas besides the newest past 3 in re. Watched both seasons too.

Parasyte was awesome, glad to see someone also likes it. Also recommend Cowboy Bebop, although I never got into it because of less spare time it seems very good. The soundtracks are very nice and Jazz fueled.

I'd recommend Mirai Nikki - Future Diary. The main character Yukki is a big wuss until later, and you'll hate him until he mans up. Youno is a Yandere, 'nuff said about her. Has some damn good plot twists later on in the show though, and is worth a watch. There's nudity in about 3 episodes...
