Honestly yes. They were all extremely cute, and one of my former coworkers is ending up with two of the puppies.

Had a crazy night. My local gamestop got drive-by... puppied. Some drunk guys with over 10 puppies in their car were driving around and dropping off groups of the puppies at different locations. They ended up with 3 puppies and we spent a couple hours trying to find em homes.

For me the main thing that throws the existance of an NCR Navy into question (other than that one is never mentioned) is that there's no real use for it -- why protect a coastline when there's no one coming from sea? The only factions with sea access on that seaboard nowadays is... NCR. No need...
